The Return Of The Beguiling Beauty

Lillian was the rightful descendant to the world's most powerful throne. She had the chance to rule the dark and deadly world, and be its only Queen. But, the betrayal which came from her own family made her land into the abyss of the same bleakness. Only this time she wasn't given the chance to rule it, but was left to fend for herself in the same dark world with no memories of her past. The very moment she gave up on everything, including her own life, a man stumbled into her life. Given two choices, he opted for the tough one. Instead of leaving the sixteen-year-old girl in the same deep, dark place he had found her in, he decided to bring her with him. To Blake, she was more like the spoils of a small battle. But fate had its own plan for the two of them, and despite being the master of the green-eyed beauty, his heart became her slave. Will Lillian be able to return the man's feelings? Or will he become the sole reason for her destruction? What will happen if she stumbles back into the same rummage she was brought out of by him? Will she be able to face the haunting truths of her past and rise from ashes once again? ********* For those who are new, This story is actually a spin-off of “My Little Sunshine”, and the main leads here are actually supporting characters in it. But since the story is retrospective regarding Blake and Lillian, it's fine if you haven’t read it. The Brigade Of Sin

"He is not supposed to be talking to you." He spoke up as his fingers curled around the heavy golden chain which was dangling around his neck. "Well, actually no one is supposed to be talking to you including me." He covered the distance between them. His steps came to a stop before her.

"Why is that?" The girl couldn't stop herself from being curious after hearing his words.

"Because you are not supposed to stay here for long." His reply left her at a loss of words. More than being baffled, she was scared. She was afraid that she might end up the same way as the other girl.

"You are just a guest here, little one." He continued when he didn't hear a reply. "A guest who's stay won't be too long." He smirked.

His words were enough to send her body trembling with fear. This dumpster seemed much better to her than being thrown off to a place she had no idea about. But then again, why did all these men seem to be at ease around her? Weren't they worried that she might run her mouth before someone else, someone before whom she shouldn't?

"You won't remember anything in your new 'home' as well. Your brain will be a clean slate for anyone to fill it as they pleased once again." As if reading what was going through her mind, the man let out a chuckle. "That is why my man's lips aren't too tightly sealed before you." He added the latter part with a smirk tugging at the corners of his lips.

From his words alone, she could deduce that wherever they would be sending her, the place would be no better than this. For all she could tell, it would most probably be worse. She continued to stare at the man before her as her mind rushed to think of all the possible outcomes.

"Hey!" The man roared. His thundering voice quietened down the low mumbles and incoherent talks which were filling the hall. "Can you people not eat in silence?" He threw a threatening glare at the group of teens sitting close to each other in a corner. He hated them to his core. For him, they were just a source of income. Only for the sake of money, did he tolerate them.

"You should also go and eat something." He shifted his gaze back to her and spoke up to get her attention. From the lost expression on her face, he could easily tell what was going on in her mind. "Don't try to act too smart, it wouldn't do you any good." He tapped her shoulder lightly to pull her out of her thoughts.

Shaking her head, she let out a low hum in response. It didn't require her to use much of her brain to tell that the man before him was not a simple lackey, and definitely held some power here. It was better if she didn't cross him for as long as she was kept here.

"I had a chat with Boss earlier, you have three to four more days to spend here." He added before walking away from the hall.

Even after he had left, she continued to stand in the same spot, rooted to the cemented floor. It was hard for her to process the man's words.

How was she supposed to be okay with it? The only things her mind could recall were the memories from this place. She didn't know how her life before all of this was, but if she was to believe that her nightmares were a part of her real life then it was no better than her current situation. And she could tell that it wouldn't be any better if she was to let them proceed with their plans.

'I have to find a way to get out of this place.' She thought to herself as she made her way into the hall. She needed to get some food inside her stomach first before getting on with anything else.

"Boss?" A man who was clad in a fitted black shirt with a bullet proof vest over it and matching fitted pants, entered the room and spoke up. His face was devoid of any emotions as he stared ahead.

The only other person in the room was a twenty one-year-old boy who had just entered into the dark world. Though the man was twice his age, he still held an immense amount of respect for the boy who was sitting across him. He knew that the lad was more than capable to rule them. If not better, he was no less than his father when it came to ruling the gang.

'The Brigade of Sin' was one of the most feared underworld organization with an extensive network spread throughout Europe. The organization dealt in firearms and ammunition mainly. A major share of which were bought by the government. And like that, the organization had the government's approval and protection within the main leading countries of Europe.

They carried out their activities without any disruption from other external factors. Other organizations weren't strong enough to interfere in their business, so they found it better to steer clear from them..

Other than arms and ammunition, they also dealt in a number of different technologies. Not only did they deal with it, but were also involved in the advancement of existing ones. Most of their technological advancements weren't for sale, but for their own use.

"Speak!" The boy muttered out a single word in response. The resolution in his voice was something which no one would accept from a boy of his age.

"I am done with briefing our men. Everything will proceed according to the plan." The man answered him.

"Hmm! Good. I want everyone to act accordingly. It's time that we get rid of those pests and keep the undercurrents of the city a little cleaner." The boy nodded his head slightly. "You can leave now." He added in the same firm tone without bothering to look up from the lit up screen before him.

He heaved out a long, frustrated sigh when he caught the lingering shadow of his subordinate in his peripheral vision. "Is there something else?" He finally looked up and stared directly into the man's eyes.
