In hell we see multiple souls being tortured wether they are victims or innocent people who were exploited and now in the deepest part of the underworld wee see a man wrapped in chains

the man is covered in blood cuts bruises and most notably a wide whole in his gut while his face is covered by big bushy almost black hair that is covering his face but anyone can guess the his face isn't any better

This is raditz son of bardock and ginne and also the brother of kakarot or better known as Goku

but before any more could be said a dark cloaked figure appears

" w who a are y you * cough blood * " the figure simply looks at him with dark crimson eyes but speaks " Torture your soul for eternity and pay for all your crimes as you relieve the pain of all your victims "

* wait AAAAA! * before he could even speak his Torture began as he kept healing since those from the underworld are immortal souls that are punished and lived through the pain of his victims

but than he started to see the lives of people he didn't recognize while he doesn't care who he kills he will always remember them Incase anything happens

but the more he experienced the more he learned ' These aren't my victims they are the victims of nappa and Vegeta ' he was getting extremely angry now he is paying for there crimes!!! ' he was getting angry all he did was follow orders and now he is paying for others crimes

but this was just the beginning for him he saw the future

( as in he was shown the future not a ability )

he saw the android saga to the tournament of power which made his hate grow exponentially and his primal rage could take over he heard the cloaked figure say " Goku will always be better than you and you will be one of the weakest Saiyan"

Saiyan are not dangerous because of their near infinite potential but because their emotions as it is fuel for their power and transformations

but now raditz is fueled by rage vengeance and sadness which is pushing him more than a normally emotional situation which triggers their transformations
