Sorrow gone

I stood there lifeless and feeble, staring into the empty space for God knows how long. When I finally gathered the strength to move my feet, I moved them  in the direction of Maggi who was now already sitting on the floor wailing uncontrollably.

She kept repeating "forgive me Olivia, Oliva please forgive me."

I looked down at her with tears running down my cheek, I continually sniffed in the liquid running down my nose.

"Maggi how is that possible? How in the fucking world did that happen? Why didn't you tell me? We deserved to know! You watch us live, fight and even hate each others, yet you said nothing? How could you have done this to us?" 

I bent down to look into her face, her eyes were red and puffy, and they begged desperately for forgiveness. No! I wasn't ready to think of forgiveness, I just wanted the whole truth.

I stood up and dragged Scott who was still in shock.
