Home sweet home

Lan had gotten some bush meat and was making a barbecue from it.

Scarlett wanted to invite Jay inside but she realized she would have to invite the elders as well. And there was not enough space for everyone in the house. That aside, it would be so filled up with not enough space to move around.

So, instead, she decided to get the elders together at the back of the chamber. The best choice was outside.

The other werewolves were in front of the chamber while Scarlett escorted the elders with Jay to the back of the house. Most of the wolves had shifted back to their human forms since they got an inkling that their Alpha might take some time with his daughter. And since they didn't need to fight, they all relaxed.

She got some chairs for them to sit on. Jay helped to make a fire in the midst of them as Lan was busy preparing the bush meat.

It was very late in the night now and they could hear the owls somewhere around them.
