Trouble!

As Edward sighed, he said, "I would prefer it if you left, I have a lesson to attend to shortly."

Penelope nodded and grabbed the tray, as she made her way out of the door. When she got outside she spotted a maid being picked on right where she needed to go.

"This day can't get any worse!" she groaned. She marched over to take a closer look, but came to a sudden stop, "or...I could just not do anything about it."

While still thinking about this, a hoarse voice called out Penelope's name from a distance. Penelope Instantly recognized the voice, it was Harley.

"Oh no, she's gonna make me clean and do all the work!" Penelope complained. "Do I confront Harley or help the maid?"

Penelope asked this to herself, but the answer was obvious.

She made her way to the maid who was being picked on. Penelope crossed her arms, as two other maids looked at her and commented.

"Hmph, look at what we have here." one of the maids said.

"She looks like a wimp!" The other said.

Taking the maid who was getting picked on by the hand, Penelope turned to leave.

"Listen, I'm not looking for trouble, but I need to take her away. Bye!" she shouted, continuing to run. The two other maids were stunned and started to run after them.

Penelope turned a corner and hid behind a pillar, hoping the two maids would walk right past them. As she waited for them to pass by, one of the maids turned to where she was.

'shoot. Where do I go now?' Penelope asked herself. She glanced at all the directions she could go in. "...ok, you follow me. But be quiet." Penelope whispered to the maid.

"Ok.." she whispered back.

Penelope carefully tipped-toed into another hallway, and when they couldn't see the other maid anymore she took the maid by the hand and began to run. She ran into a nearby room, "We should be safe here."

"Umm, this isn't somewhere we're allowed to be." the maid whispered. "We should go."

"What why?" Penelope asked.

"Please just come outside, before we're caught being inside of here." the maid said.

"Uh, sure."

However, before they could go outside they were interrupted.

"Who are you?" a voice said from behind.

Penelope turned around, and there was a boy not much older than her. His hair a shiny silver, common trait found in the calisto family.

"Oh! Um…sorry for barging in without notice, we were just about to leave…" Penelope said hurriedly.

"Uh-huh." The boy said, in a certain tone that implied he did not believe her. "I'm going to need you to come with me." The boy walked towards them in a menacing manner.

"Uh- wait! I mean it!" Penelope shouted. "We we're actually going to leave!" The maid, who was grasping at Penelope's shirt nodded hurriedly in agreement.

"Don't care." He said, "Come."

Penelope and the maid reluctantly followed the boy. He sat himself down in a chair behind a desk, he waved his hand signaling for them to sit down.

"So," he started, "explain."

"Well, two maids were picking on her," Penelope pointed at the maid beside her. "So I confronted them and they started chasing us so we ran and then we accidentally got here." Penelope smiled awkwardly, and hoped that would work.

"Hmm…"
