Chapter 29: The Sister

Katherine Remes' POV

Three days. Three fucking days until my sister was home again in Helsinki. I don't know how Kai convinced her but I was happy that he was able to do it. Since I haven't been announcing to the world that I have chosen a suitor, I intended to keep it that way.

Until now.

"What do you mean you have prepared for my wedding tomorrow?" I asked my father as he was sipping his tea before he was staring at me. I sighed as I was putting my head inside my hands.

"Please tell me this is not true," I said as I was looking at him. He put down the teacup before he sighed.

"I wish it was true but you need to secure those standing right away. The people are getting restless,"

"The people can go fuck themselves,"

"Kate, language," Leo warned me before I went to sit beside him. He was the only thing that will be comforting me right now. I sighed.

"Where will it be held?" I asked my father as he smirked at me.
