I felt extreme pain, it felt as though my body was being sucked through a vacuum, great pressure was being applied to my body, then it stopped.

I felt like I was being held in someone's hands. I tried to open my eyes only to be greeted by a giant man in a white medical wear, he said "Mrs. Uchiha, it's a boy."

Then I heard from behind me someone faintly say "Pass him over to me."

The doctor complied and hand me over to a fair-skinned woman with long, straight black hair with bangs hanging on each side of her face that roughly frames her cheeks and black eyes. She wore a simple dark purple blouse with a red-plum skirt and a light-yellow apron normally worn over it. 

The young woman was sweating profusely, she lovingly smiled as she held me up and said "You will be named after the Third Hokage's father. Your name is Sasuke, Sasuke Uchiha."

She then drew me closer to her face and kissed my forehead, after that she passed out.

'Uchiha? Sasuke? Oooookay, no need to freak out now, it's pretty obvious that I got reincarnated like those fanfics. Now, I'm definitely in the Naruto world as Sasuke. Cool.' I thought whilst trying to stay as calm as possible.

Just as I said that I suddenly felt fatigued, seems like being born again isn't easy. As I started to relax, I slowly fell asleep, wondering what I'll do nextin this new world.

And a year passed by rather quickly.

My biggest challenge was learning how to walk again, it took me about 10 months to steadily walk without tripping. My other challenge was talking, that was pretty easy, the only obstacles were my vocal cords, I had to wait for 8 months for being able to talk.

I was hailed as a prodigy within the Uchiha clan, which subsequently helped with my father, Fugaku Uchiha's temperament, he wasn't as stern and cold as canon.

Now, it's time to talk about my family. My mother is a very gentle and caring woman, but she's also strict when needed, she deeply loves me and Itachi. My father is the leader of the clan, he thinks in the clan's best interest and spends most of his training Itachi. Itachi is overprotective of me, he always spends his free time playing with me.

I don't consider them my family yet but they're definitely people who are close to me.

Also the Kyuubi rampaged through Konoha and was successfully sealed just like canon.

I tried my hardest to unlock the Sharingan but so far nothing, I need strong emotions to do so.

"Hey Sasuke, what are you doing?" asked Itachi, interrupting me from my inner monologue.

"Nothing Nii-san." I answered with a childish cute tone.

Hearing my answer, Itachi couldn't help but smile in response to my childish behavior. "Would you like to play with me?" added Itachi.

"Of course!" I said, my acting skill really has improved over the year. I spent the rest of the day playing with Itachi.
