Chapter 12: BAD DREAM

In the hospital

Her mother was attentively taking care of her daughter. The concern and sadness is visible in her eyes while she's wiping Venus's face and arms. Tears were forming in her eyes.

When she's done cleaning her daughter, she sat on the couch planning to rest a bit. While she was in daze, she didn't noticed the movement on Venus's eyes and the sweat on her forehead.

Suddenly, Venus woke up and gasping for air as if she just escaped from death.

Her mother was shocked by this. She hurriedly walk toward the bed while shouting for a doctor.

She hugged her daughter while in tears.

" Why are you trying to kill me with worries?"

Although it seems that she was scolding her daughter, it cannot hide the relief in her voice.

After Venus heard her mother's voice, she cried so hard. It last for while. Her mother let her cry. She didn't stop her. She let her cry her eyes out.

After a while, Venus stopped. Her mother continue to pat her back while passing her a glass of water.

"I'm sorry Mom, I just had a nightmare." Venus explained. She did not want her mother to worry much.

"What kind of dream that can make you cry so hard?"

" I dreamed of you having an accidents."

She cannot tell to her mother that she dreamed of the tragedy in her past life. She might think that she'd gone crazy.

While they are chatting, there's a knocked on the door.
