38 Would You Still Come?

After making sure Feng Xi's hands were completely clean, Prince Jin pulled Feng Xi into a hug. She did not reject it, instead, she hugged him back. Causing Prince Jin to smile and lean his head down and kiss the top of her head. Feng Xi suddenly felt like she wanted to let Prince Jin pamper her a little bit so she lifted her small head and demanded: "Carry me!"

Prince Jin's smile became even wider as he reached down, cupped his hands under Feng Xi's thighs, and lifted her legs up off the ground causing her to let out a yelp of surprise. She couldn't help but laugh because she looked like a koala bear with how she was hugging Prince Jin from the front while being carried. She did not complain though, instead, she wrapped her arms around his neck and laid her head on his shoulder.

Like that Prince Jin carried Feng Xi away. Ru'er of course followed after with Eunuch Li taking up the rear. He stopped and turned to look at Feng Lan's courtyard, swearing he had just heard a weird grunting sound but shook his head thinking he was hearing things.

The next day Feng Lan was really suffering. Her injuries were all worse than before from all the rough actions she was forced to do the day before. After Feng Xi left Feng Lan to fend for herself with all those teenage hormonal boys. She ended up suffering quite a bit at their hands.

The next day when she was released she called her mother Jiang Yi. As soon as someone picked up Feng Lan screamed out her grievous into the phone. "Mother that slut! She posted pictures of me fucking those men to gain their backing! Then she beat me until I was black and blue and not only that, just yesterday!" Feng Lan paused embarrassed to say what she was about to say. Gritting her teeth she finally continued. "I slipped in the bathtub due to that slut scaring me, broke my tailbone, and instead of helping me she spanked my butt in front of the entire Academy while I was completely naked! After which she just left me there with a bunch of boys! Ten of them had their way with me! Mother when can we kill that slut!?"

But the voice she heard on the other end of the phone was not her caring mother that she expected but a cold voice that only said two short sentences before hanging up."So Xi'er is doing a good job then. As for your mother, she is somewhat busy at this time."

Feng Lan looked at the phone in disbelief. She knew that voice, it was her father's! But she was confused. 'What did he mean by Xi'er is doing her job then?' Feng Lan was stuck in bed with no one to complain to except her servant but even her servant would run outside and not come back for hours.

When Feng Lan heard someone at the door, her eyes immediately lit up and yelled out: "Xin'er is that you!?"

"No no, you see, we boys were asked to come check on you and handle your needs. Don't worry, no one will be here for a long while! We will make sure to fix your itch." The boy laughed. Feng Lan shivered in fear hearing a male voice. She knew something bad was about to happen and she couldn't move because of her tail bone! All she could do was cry out hoping someone would come and save her.

Off in Feng Xi's courtyard, she was sitting at a table sipping on tea. Sitting with her was Ru'er and another girl in a servant uniform Xin'er. "Xin'er did you notify them?"

"Yes, Young Miss. Jiang Lan will have no idea it was me who sent them to her." Xin'er smiled and said as she sipped the tea in her hand.

"Remember when you go back, switch out all her pain medications with these sugar pills. If she complains it's not working just up her dose." Feng Xi had bought out Xin'er from under Feng Lan's nose. Xin'er was a smart girl and knew when to switch sides. But this did not mean that Feng Xi trusted Xin'er it just meant that she was a disposable tool.

"Young Miss do not worry I will follow everything you say." Xin'er said with a serious expression.

"Having tea without me?" Prince Jin walked into the courtyard unannounced.

"Do I need to notify you when I am drinking tea?" Feng Xi asked, then stuck her tongue out at him.

"No, but I would like to be invited for once, ahead of time. that way I can join in on your conversation earlier." Prince Jin made a pitiful expression as he said this, making Feng Xi roll her eyes.

"Just come over whenever." Feng Xi immediately bit her tongue after saying this because this meant the annoying bug would be here every day! She would never get a moment's rest! Although she did not hate his company she still wanted her own private time! But since she said it she would not retract her words. She was one to keep her word once it was said. Especially since even if she did not say that, Prince Jin would still come over whenever he pleased.

Prince Jin walked over to Feng Xi and stood next to her causing Feng Xi to feel a little nervous and afraid of what he was going to do. "What?"

"Stand up." Prince Jin said simply.

Not understanding Feng Xi did as he asked and stood up only to be moved two steps away while Prince Jin sat down and then scooped her up into his lap. "You! What are you doing!?" She couldn't believe him! He made her get up just so he could have her sit in his lap!? Was that really necessary?

"You hate it?" Prince Jin asked.

Feng Xi did not say a word, instead, she found a comfortable spot and sipped her tea. Even though she was sitting in Prince Jin's lap, she paid him no mind as if he was nothing but a chair. Watching Feng Xi play her games made Prince Jin chuckle.

The sun started to set, Xi'er left and Ru'er was readying dinner. Feng Xi was still sitting in Prince Jin's lap looking out over the mountains. Her courtyard had one of the most beautiful views which allowed her to watch the sunset without any obstructions. Feng Xi leaned back against Prince Jin's chest watching the sun slowly go down. She fiddled with his hands that were placed at her waist. It was truly a peaceful time for her. "Jin'er, when Jiang Lan heals I will not have such peaceful times. Right now I can torture her easily because she can't move but I know for a fact that she does have some backing. But I do not know how or when they will try to come at me."

"Whatever happens, if you are in trouble, call me, if I am not already at your side. I will come to you no matter where you are" Prince Jin said seriously.

"What if I was on the moon? Would you still come?" Feng Xi asked jokingly. But Prince Jin still nodded his head seriously.

"Even if you were in another galaxy I would find my way to you. So never ever think that you are alone."
