7 Smelling The Money

Feng Xi tilted her head to the side and asked: "Smell? What smell?"

"You don't smell that!?" Tang Zhi's face was very contorted. The smell of rotten flesh was really enveloping him.

Feng Xi, who had dealt with this herb in her past life for almost a month during her Chinese Medicine training, was already accustomed to the smell so she did not care. She had smelt things that were ten times worse than this. Seeing as it was about time Feng Xi resealed the flower making the smell once again stop.

Once she did she looked over at Tang Zhi with a worried expression. "Young Master Zhi, I am not sure what you are talking about. But ever since I have met you today, you have only talked about smelling something? Do you need a doctor? I can get an imperial physician here if you need it."

"How can you not smell… " Tang Zhi stopped his words again as the smell had disappeared without a trace. He was actually starting to think something was wrong with his nose. This slightly scared him! He wondered if he was going to have to continue smelling this disgusting smell for the rest of his life!

"Young Master Zhi?" Seeing how Tang Zhi did not say anything more, Feng Xi wanted to burst out laughing. With a few carefully placed words that seemed like she was being caring towards him. She knew that she was able to implant the thought of there being something wrong with this nose into the clean freak's mind.

Secretly Feng Xi was counting down inside her head. When she finally hit zero Tang Zhi suddenly stood up and bowed his head to Feng Xi. "You must excuse me, Miss Feng, I will need to reschedule this meeting with you, it seems I am not feeling too good… Blurg! "

Right as he was saying his final words Feng Xi unsealed the flower one last time which because the wind just happened to pick up at that exact time, it blew a strong concentrated blast of the rotten flesh smell into Tang Zhi's nose causing me to gag to the point he could not keep the contents of his stomach down.

Feng Xi resealed the flower and watched as Tang Zhi ran out of the garden at full speed. Once he was no longer in view, Feng Xi began laughing uncontrollably. She laughed so hard her stomach hurt and tears rolled down her cheeks.

The servants who walked by only stared at their Eldest Miss before quickly racing by. They had no idea what had happened but they figured it would not be a good idea to stick around.

Once Feng Xi finally calmed herself down, she walked towards the burn pit that was lit up burning leaves and tossed the flower inside along with its container. It quickly flared up turning to ash in only a few seconds. She dusted her hands and headed back to her room. She was sure that her father would be calling her later once he found out that Tang Zhi ran away feeling sick.

When she returned to her room she was greeted with Ru'er questioning eyes. Feng Xi smiled widely and gave Ru'er a thumbs up to indicate everything went well. "Ru'er it is too bad you couldn't have been there to the look on his face, it was priceless!"

"Young Miss, actually I did sneak a peek while I was bringing the laundry out. I had to leave quickly because I almost laughed out loud." She couldn't believe with such a stench her Young Miss was able to make such a straight face and even asked if the young master of the Tang family needed to see a physician!

"Well, I do not think he will be coming to the General's Manor for a while. Plus, I will be heading to the academy tomorrow so I won't need to see him at all until the next break." The Academies term was normally eight months with two months off. This would give Feng Xi plenty of time to begin building a network once she finally has the capital to make a start up. She already knew what she wanted to do first.

Feng Xi had already decided she would start by buying out apartments that needed to be fixed up and at the same time start up her own construction company. There were many locations that would end up being cleaned up by the local governments to make way for tourism. Right now that land would probably sell for real cheap allowing her to make a profit off it in the next few years. Just like the stocks, it was all based on a few years from now. She figured by the time she graduated and went to college she would already be raking in at least a billion a year. The construction company would be for her own buildings. She would renovate them and add in many not yet released techs into them. Making them luxury apartments. Feng Xi had many things planned but it all required the start up money first.

"Ru'er in the future, your Young Miss will buy you whatever you want." Feng Xi happily sat down and opened her laptop, to check her stocks.

When she saw her current stocks, her eyes almost bulged out of her head. She did not realize that the stock would jump up so high so quickly! The one yuan per stock she had used to buy all her shares was now one hundred yuan each! "If this is the case… Change of plans! If I sell one hundred thousand shares I can make ten million now and use that to start up a smaller company, but what kind of company should I start..."

Feng Xi was put into a dilemma. There were many things she could do at this time but some would cost billions in development. "Wait! I know… If I start a mobile game company I can make millions off microtransactions and advertisements. Next year if I am right then a mobile game that will go down in history as the most simplistic and easiest games to make, will make millions right at launch… Sorry guys but it's whoever releases it first that is the winner. " A simple tap game making a bird fly across the screen while dodging things. Levels were auto generated and the code was simplistic. We even had to make one for the coding classes I took in college.

A smile broke out on Feng Xi's face. She would not even need to sell more than a few thousand shares! "I will start off with one thousand for now. That will give me one million, which is plenty for a small game company. I can buy a small building and get two artists and two coders. Plus all the equipment needed to make the game. Once the first game is done they can start on the next."

Feng Xi clicked the sell button instantly putting one million yuan into her bank account. Now she just needed to find an accountant to be her go between… She needed someone trustworthy that would not cheat her out of her money. "Young Miss, Master's servant just came to ask you to go to Master's office."

"Perfect timing!"
