Zero stood at the ledge that lead to the alley. With a confident sigh, he moved up and over the ledge, dropping the multiple feet with ease. Zero moved to the edge of the buildings before peaking out, finding the mother Qwulvis was simply standing and facing the mall's entrance. Zero was about to start moving when the mother's back suddenly opened, a river of green flowing out.

Zero stayed in his position, deciding against leaving, and to instead continue to watch. As Zero watched, fifteen regular-sized Qwulvises stood from the green puddle and walked Infront of the mother, so they were looking at each other. The mother was the first to release a muffled scream before three out of the fifteen screamed in response. 'The mother is giving orders to its kids, however, why haven't I seen any of the kids up to this point?'

Zero watched as the fifteen Qwulvises moved in the opposite direction of the mall, which confused Zero even more. Deciding his previous destination could wait, Zero followed the creatures as they took off at a shuffle. He had been following the group of creatures for multiple minutes when they suddenly reached someplace he was very familiar with.

'They must have followed the two I sent back here.' Zero watched as the creatures ran forward before merging with a sea of hundreds of their kin. Zero smiled as he turned and moved towards the backside of the building across from the building they were assaulting. Zero could hear the battle going on, however, he simply whistled while making his way around the building before finding the ladder.

Zero took a breath in before sitting on the edge of the building, overlooking the Qwulvis assault on the high school. Zero focused on the human side of the battle, finding multiple large golden barriers standing between the humans and creatures. 'Looks like they advocated their souls into Henry.' Zero looked at the other humans, finding they had multiple weapons they were using. As he scanned the humans, his eyes were drawn to a human in particular.

Zero recognized him from the duel with Henry, as well as the ordeal with his classmates. Zero was more interested in the fact that he was controlling large amounts of fire, which he was weaving through the enemy and burning them to a crisp on the spot. 'His ability seems to be rather good, however that must use quite the bit of souls to fuel continuously like he is.' As if his thoughts brought it into fruition, the man's fire suddenly disappeared, and dozens of tongues came crashing toward him.

At the very last second, before the tongues would have made contact with the man, multiple golden barriers rose between them. Zero watched as multiple people either put their hands on Henry's shoulder or onto the bodyguards. 'Transferring souls. They have to be running out here soon.' As Zero scanned the row of fighting humans, he suddenly made eye contact with someone he recognized.

Zero simply stared at Gem, the leader of the high school group. After they sat staring at each other for another minute without moving, the woman's figure turned before she started moving. Zero watched as all of the humans currently fighting the Qwulvises quickly started retreating before the golden walls all burst into dust.

Zero wasn't going to jump in and try to help them, as he simply didn't care about any of them. Even though he found Tyler to be a kind person that he could find a use for, he ultimately still found him to be a collection of souls for him to eventually take. With a bored sigh, Zero stood from where he was standing before scanning the battlefield. Once he found the closest human figure, he activated <Back Stab>. Zero watched as he soared over the hoard of creatures before arriving above the human.

Even as Zero came out of the dark vision, the figure below him was moving too fast for him to visibly see. The person Zero had targeted was currently surrounded by Qwulvises, however, they didn't seem to be in any trouble. Within the time it took Zero to reach the ground, the figure had already killed over fifteen creatures and didn't seem to be slowing down. Zero activated Death's Acceleration, the world around him coming to a crawl.

Zero watched as he could now see the figure, who happened to be a female with long neon red hair. Even though he had activated Deaths Acceleration, the woman was still moving with the same speed one would use to fast walk. As the woman continued to attack each of the creatures around her with what Zero figured were two swords, she suddenly stopped while facing Zero.

The two stood there for a moment, watching each other while the creatures around them all started crowding them before slowly opening their mouths. Zero didn't recognize the girl from the Host he had seen up to this point, so he figured she was either new or not a part of the high school group. With a shrug, Zero started turning to leave, only for the woman to quickly move so she was standing in front of him.

Zero didn't know if it was a challenge, however, he already knew his time before getting adverse effects from the activation was coming to an end. "Why-" The woman's voice was cut off as Zero suddenly shot towards her. The surprise attack caught the woman off guard, allowing Zero to slice his blade across her arm slightly before his dagger was slapped away by her blade. Zero felt the cool flood over him, and he was thankful that <Back Stab>'s timer didn't follow him into his quickened state.

Zero dropped his hands, however, the girl didn't come out of her ready stance. "Nothing personal." Black steam started coming off Zero before he looked away and once more targeted another human, only this time it was someone he had already met.
