As an ordinary college sophomore student, Alec Norman always focused on making sure he get good grades to graduate in flying colours. While Alec's school project demanded that he bought a Virtual Reality headset, he stumbled on a pawn shop and met an old man who gifted him a retro VR headset, a headset which he accepted begrudgingly. Sarah's heart palpated on her chest erratically. She was slightly shaken from her unpleasant encounter with that man. This behavior affected her, as she stuttered four times to the customer she was addressing to. Who was that guy?
She struggled to quell her raging emotions and focus on her work. In just five minutes, she would sign out, out of here. That would give her time to recuperate.
"Thank you for coming, have a good day", she bid her customer goodbye, before heading to the kitchen. As soon as she entered, she released the breath she didn't know she was holding. Sarah's father noticed her unusual behavior and dropped his spoon.
