As an ordinary college sophomore student, Alec Norman always focused on making sure he get good grades to graduate in flying colours. While Alec's school project demanded that he bought a Virtual Reality headset, he stumbled on a pawn shop and met an old man who gifted him a retro VR headset, a headset which he accepted begrudgingly. Cole was soon drafted, along with the rest of the crew. However, due to some emergency, they were immediately thrown to the war front.
"What is happening?" Mark asked with a frown. "I don't know, but with what I heard, a good number of our comrades have died mysteriously.
"According to the message the General sent to the leader, a sniper was responsible for the deaths", a soldier paired with Cole said.
"A sniper?" Cole asked with a frown. The soldier nodded. Cole's facial features became uncertain. "What are you thinking about, Cole?" Falcon asked, looking at him.
Cole jolted a little, before shaking his head. "No, nothing. I just thought that something was not right", Cole said.
"Me too. Since nothing like this was recorded in history, then this must be the work of the hostile team", Falcon pointed out.
"No, I know that Falcon. It's something else", Cole said, before he was interrupted by the soldier handing him his firearm. "Thank you", he thanked, before facing Falcon.
