As an ordinary college sophomore student, Alec Norman always focused on making sure he get good grades to graduate in flying colours. While Alec's school project demanded that he bought a Virtual Reality headset, he stumbled on a pawn shop and met an old man who gifted him a retro VR headset, a headset which he accepted begrudgingly. What he didn't know was that the VR headset he brought to his home would change the way he understood reality forever. Inspired from the novel 48 Hours a Day!
Alec had no interest in talking with them, but with the constant jeering by the people in the arena, he was forced to accept their stupid bet. He walked down the platform and faced Henry. "Let's get this over with, I have a training I need to attend to", Alec said uninterestedly.
Henry was happy with his agreement, and he ordered Precisco to set up the targets at the desired distance. They began with sixty meters, and Alec and henry were given the same sniper, which was calibrated exactly.
Alec took the time to familiarize himself with the sniper. He examined the muzzle and felt it was too narrow for his comfort. He normally preferred large muzzles to smaller ones because of the power it outputs.
Next, he checked the scope, with was 30X zoom, according to Precisco. With this scope, he could comfortably see a target sixty meters away. He then went to the magazine. This magazine housed only six long bullets, which was the standard among snipers.
