Tonks and Harry's Mutual Understanding

"Thank you Arry," Fleur smiled as he dropped her at her apartment after their date. "I have never been to an art museum before, it was a new experience."

"It was a new experience for me too." Harry admitted.

"You didn't care about the art," Fleur laughed. "you were looking at me the whole time."

"Not my fault you were more interesting than the art." Harry shrugged.

"Hardly my fault," Fleur smirked. "now I do believe that our date is at an end."

"Hmm, regrettably." Harry said as he pulled her in close and kissed her as he placed his hands on her hips while she placed her hands on both sides of his face.

"Hmm," Fleur moaned into the kiss. "would you perhaps like to continue our date and stay the night?" She asked when they broke apart

"Well, if you are offering." Harry smiled as he allowed her to pull her into his apartment.

"Harry," Sirius said when Harry arrived in the morning. "were you with Fleur?"

"Yep." Harry nodded.

"I don't really know what I am supposed to say." Sirius admitted.

"How about 'well done'?" Harry suggested.

"Hmm...that works." Sirius shrugged. "Well done." He smiled proudly.

"Thanks." Harry smiled back.

"Daddy." Selena hissed as she slithered forwards and rested on Harry's body with her chest on his head.

"Yeah sweetie?" Harry asked as he lay down on his bed, simply choosing to relax and enjoy himself in some peace and quiet. He looked at Serena who had grown a decent amount, fortunately she would always be the same size in her tattoo form.

"I am confused, which one is your mate?" Selena asked. "The pink haired Tonks or the other one, Fleur? Or are they both going to mate with you?"

"It is kind of complicated dear," Harry frowned as he tried to decided how to explain it. "as of the moment I am considering both of them. They both are considering me, first we are just spending time together to see if we are compatible." He said, hoping that that was a good enough explanation for Selena to understand.

"Hmm." Selena replied as she seemed to think about it.

"You are still my favourite girl though." Harry could not help but add, he grinned at Selena and petted her head.

"Thank you daddy." She purred, to Harry it was like having a talking cat on his chest, not a deadly basilisk.

"You are welcome dear." Harry smiled as he continued to pet her, he kissed her on the head before he laid back and closed his eyes.

Eventually Harry's short Christmas holiday was coming to an end, on the last day before he had to leave he had went on a date with Tonks, after an enjoyable day together the two had returned to Number twelve Grimmauld place. Normally Sirius would be there to greet them but he was apparently on a date of his own.

"You want to eat something?" Harry asked as he was about to move to the kitchen, he was stopped by Tonks who grabbed his hand.

"No thanks," She smiled. "can we go to your room?" She asked suddenly.

"Oh are we finally at that point in our relationship?" Harry joked. "Because I have been dreaming about it." He added, that was not a joke.

"Not yet," Tonks rolled her eyes. "I just want to talk to you about something important and don't want Sirius to come back and interrupt."

"Fair enough." Harry said, "let's go." He said as he gestured to the stairs. Tonks climbed up the stairs first with Harry gladly following behind.

"You had better not be looking at my arse Potter." Tonks called without looking at him but Harry was not worried as he could almost feel her smile.

"I am only human," Harry protested. "if you are looking for a review then twelve out of ten by the way." He added.

"Thank you." Tonks smirked as they got off the stairs, they walked to his room and entered.

"So," Harry said as he closed the door and waved his wand several times before he walked over and sat on his bed. "I just cast a couple of locking and silencing charms," Harry explained. "so what is up?" He asked.

"Well first of all I just want to say that I am glad we have started to go you with each other," Tonks said as she walked over and sat next to him. "I have enjoyed our last few dates, all sex jokes aside you haven't really tried to force anything on me." Tonks said. "I mean when we went to the cinema you didn't even try to get me to give you a hand job or a blow job."

"Wait...that was an option?" Harry blinked in surprise. "You reckon we could still make it to one more movie?" He asked hopefully.

"Ha ha." Tonks said with a fake laugh as she rolled her eyes in amusement, she seemed to be doing that a lot recently, "No but seriously most of my ex-boyfriends have tried to...you know...be nice enough so that they can eventually add a metamorphamaugus to their list of people they have slept with. And I am really glad that you are fine with letting me decide the physical pace of our relationship." Tonks admitted. "And you have never really asked me to transform unless the two of us are pranking Sirius."

"Our last one was hilarious." Harry chuckled.

"Yeah," Tonks snorted as she remembered Sirius's reaction to seeing himself with pink hair. "honestly, the man lasts in Azkaban and comes out skinnier than a twig and dirtier than mud but it's only when he has pink hair that he decides to scream, anyway you also don't mind me showing up with different looks. I mean I come on one date with a red mohawk, you say nothing, I come on another date with blonde dreadlocks and you say nothing but my first boyfriend didn't like when I showed up to one date with short and spiky blonde hair."
