And they eat humans to survive .

Someone had to stop this massacre .

so , 300 years ago some brave men started to find ways to defeat these demons .

A prodigy along with his kind hearted brother mastered these ways and were known as Devas .

This practice continued and many students of the prodigy were trained in this art .
