Our main character, Johnny, was currently reading the first series of Douluo Dalu over again.
"DAMN! Tang San, you really are one of my favorite characters!" said Johnny, eating a bowl of noodles. He was currently on the fight between Tang San and the man-faced spider.
Even after reading all three series, he loved to come back and read them over again.
Suddenly, a lightning bolt struck through the ceiling, frying his computer and subsequently, his brain.
After an unknown amount of time, he woke up with a pounding headache, "Where the hell am I..."
Rubbing his head, he looks around, and realizes he's in a completely white space. "What the-"
Cut off by a sudden pop noise, he looked behind him and saw a man, but he couldn't see him. Well, it was very confusing, because he was there, but he couldn't recognize any features of the man, almost as if his gaze slid off him every time he tried to focus on him.
Suddenly, the weird man faded into existence, as his features became more and more recognizable.
Johnny, who had never seen such a man before, blushed slightly. He's not gay, but even the straightest of men could be turned homosexual before this guy.
"Blimey, sorry 'bout that, mate."
Johnny, who was entranced by the man's beauty, snapped out of it at the sound of the man's voice.
"What do you mean, sorry? Also, who even are you? Where am I, and what did you do with me?!"
"Slow down there lad, one question at a time, haha!" he said with an obnoxiously cheery tone of voice.
"Okay, one question at a time? How about this, who are you?"
"Ah, straight to the point, ay? Well, I'd say I'm more like a god than anything, but I have many names."
"God? Like the all-powerful god?" I asked.
He shook his head, and explained, "While I'm sure that such a being exists, and we're the closest things to it, we're not the kind of God your people worship. We gained our power through training, or external means."
"External means...? You know what, nevermind. Where am I?"
"Not anywhere, really. This place was made outside of time and space, so we're just here."
I raise an eyebrow, "Pretty vague, don't you think?"
He just shrugs and gives me a good-natured grin. I slightly blush, but leave it alone, in favor of my next question.
"So, what exactly am I doing here? I'm assuming I didn't get pulled here just to have a good-natured chat with a God."
"Well, first things first, you didn't get pulled here. You died. Of course, way before your time, as an... accident occurred with your worlds laws."
Not even giving me a chance to come to terms with the fact I died, he continued, "Earth's god made a mistake, and since he had to spend his time fixing the laws so no one else died, he passed you over to me."
Pushing the fact that I died to the back of my mind for the time being, I asked, "Pushed me over to you? For what reason?"
"Well, since Fate got angry with us for accidently killing you before your time, we had to repay you someway. As such, we came up with a way!" He clapped his hands.
"What way are you going to... repay me?" I asked.
"Ta-da! Transmigration! Don't forget the three wishes we're planning on giving you either! Also, don't worry. We're sending you with your memories intact, so no problems there."
Excited, I ask, "Are there any limitations?"
"Haha, good question! Well, there are a few, but nothing too big. First, no wishing to be a god. Second, no wishing for more wishes. Third, no wishing to murder someone. Got it?"
I nod, and begin to think about my wishes.
Suddenly, I realize I forgot to ask about what world I'm going to, and proceed to ask him, "So, do you know what world I'm going to?"
He smirks, "Well, we saw you seriously enjoying a world called, 'Douluo Dalu'? I figured that we'd look at your favorite timeline in that book series, and chose the timeline of Douluo Dalu 2."
Now super excited about my future, I ask him who I'm going to transmigrate into.
"Well, we're transmigrating you into a body called Huo Yuhao? Yes, I believe that was his name."
Mentally jumping up and down in excitement, he went back to pondering on his wishes.
After about twenty minutes of pacing, I finally come up with my wishes.
"Okay, I've made my choices. The first wish I'm going to use is this, I wish for the most compatibility with all the flames of Katekyo Hitman Reborn. Sky Flame, Storm Flame, Rain Flame, Sun Flame, Lightning Flame, Mist Flame, and Cloud Flame. I don't really want the Flames of the Earth, so... Just not them."
He looked at me and exhaled a sigh of relief, "Phew, I can do this."
"Got it all? Okay, now my second wish is the Sharingan from the anime Naruto, but make it so it'll be in line with the spirit grade system in Douluo Dalu."
"We can do that, go on."
"Good! Now. My third wish, is the ability to use all three kinds of Haki from the anime One Piece."
"I'm pretty sure we got it all, anything you want to re-do before we input all this?"
"Nope, I'm good."
"Okay, now we'll send you off. Just a fair warning, we'll be dropping you off right before Yuhao meets the Skydream Ice Worm."
"Bet. See ya later."
As soon I said that, I blacked out and woke up in a forest.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Waking up and looking around me, I saw a sign in front of me say,
"You will enter the territory of the Great Star Dou Forest in 50 metres. There are soul beasts roaming around, so please be careful."
Remembering this sign from the beginning of Douluo Dalu 2, he immediately jumped to his feet. Considering where he was right now, and the state of his body, he realized that he most likely just left Bei Bei and Tang Ya, and they're supposed to be "protecting" me because of the roasted fish they ate.
On his feet, he looks up at the towering trees of the Great Star Dou Forest, and feels overwhelmed. He'd never ever think he'd get to see the real thing, in real life.
However, restraining himself, he felt the need to test and see if he had the Sharingan
"Damnit! I should've asked God to program some information into my head to learn how to activate this damn thing!"
Using his experience from reading all those novels, he tried to guide the soulforce to his eyes. Suddenly, a sharp pain resonated from his eyes. He closed his eyes to try and stop the pain, which worked as the pain slowly subsided. Slowly opening his eyes, he gasped in amazement. He could SEE the soulforce of... almost everything. The whole Great Star Dou Forest was ablaze in lights of all different colors, some he couldn't even put a name to!
Looking in a puddle, he sees his eyes. He recognizes that he only has one tomoe, as Yuhao was only Spirit Rank 10.
Deciding to keep them active, he walks into the forest, looking forwards to meeting one of the most important characters in Douluo Dalu 2.
Extremely excited, he walked into the forest, without a care in the world.
Suddenly, he felt extreme danger with his Sharingan, and instinctively fell on the ground to dodge whatever that was. Feeling a rush of wind flying over his head, he quickly got up to his feet and spun around and saw it. That damn baboon! How could he forget, the first enemy Yuhao ever fought!
Remembering the White Tiger Dagger, he quickly searched for it on his body, and couldn't find it.
He whipped around just in time to see the baboon emit another ball of light heading straight for him.
He yelled in anger and activated his Sharingan to the maximum, realizing if this hits him, he's fucked.
Despite his eyes reacting fast enough, his body wasn't strong enough to keep up. Barely having enough time to dodge out of the way of the ball of light, it grazes his leg as it tears through a bit of his leg and ripped his pants leg to shreds. Screaming in pain, he curses out the baboon with every word in the dictionary, but unfortunately, it seems right as the baboon threw the ball of light, the damn thing leapt after it, using the ball of light as a distraction to keep him covered.
"What the-! When were 100 year soul beasts this smart?!" He yells.
Looking around for literally anything to help him, he realizes that the White Tiger Dagger was on the ground. It seems that the White Tiger Dagger was on his leg, and the white ball of light hit it and his leg.
Grabbing it, and closing his eyes, he held it in front of him, unconsciously injecting soulforce into it.
Not feeling anything after a few seconds, he slowly opened his eyes after feeling a drop of liquid drop onto his face.
Looking up, he suddenly remembers what the White Tiger Dagger was known for. Devour, which will absorb the opponents attack and fire it back, as long as the attack doesn't exceed the absorption limit of the dagger.
He almost gagged, as the dagger was about a foot longer than the last time he saw it, and it was stuck in the roof of the baboon's mouth, going straight into the brain of the soul beast.
