Chapter 1: The Girl With No Sense part 1

Intro

I've always been quiet and prone to being bullied…

It's not fun…

But I can't change that,

Can I?

I started to question my way of thinking when Ryoko Tachibana asked to be my friend, a girl everyone fawned over since she transferred to our school, a girl who would only be risking her chances of having a normal high school experience by even uttering one word to me, a girl with no sense lit the way to a brighter future for me.

Chapter 1 start

It was hotter than hell outside the classroom window parallel to me it was lunchtime and every other student was either in the cafeteria with their friends or hanging out at the soccer field kicking a ball around, but not me, I have no reason to leave the classroom I would probably just get punked out of my lunch or be made fun of, but today was weird I wasn't the only person in the classroom, the new student who was the object of all the boys attention was sitting in the desk next to me with a kind of lunch box I'd never seen before or rather a group of lunch boxes as she had 3 huge boxes filled with what looked like rice, grilled chicken, and some sort of green edible paper,

"Do you want some?" The girl asked, before I turned my head toward the window as fast as I could trying to dodge the interaction, "You know I could see you starring at my bento, right?" The girl said.

"Y-you sh-shouldn't talk to me," I said tripping over my words.

"Why? Is there an evil organization watching you that destroys anyone who talks to you?" The girl questioned, teasing me.

"No, it's just people think I'm weird, so if you talk to me you might get made fun of or bullied."

The girls face took on an annoyed expression.

"Why should I care, if they make fun of me for who I'm friends with, that just tells me they're all idiots!" the girl exclaimed, "that settles it, you're the only person that is worthy to be my friend in this school, My name is Ryoko Tachibana but I'd prefer you call me Ryoko the God Slayer!" Ryoko exclaimed loudly striking a pose similar to a power ranger after they destroyed the monster in its base form.

"My name is Ryan Johnson, and I'll call you Ryoko," I introduced myself.

"You mean Ryoko the God Slayer, right?"

"I'm not calling you that."

"If you don't call me Ryoko the God Slayer I'm gonna call you RyRy," the girl stated, with a mischievous grin.

"That's uncalled for, but if you call me that and I'll call you Robo Ryoko," I tease having fun at school for the first time since elementary, for some reason I wasn't worried about what others would think she is just easy to talk to I guess.

"Fine," the girl pouted, "it's nice to meet you Ryan Johnson my new friend," Ryoko smiled with sparkling eyes.

"Likewise."
