Chap 26 - Obsessed with Love: Elizabeth's Yandere Tendencies Take Over on Her Date with Adriel

Before Adriel's date with Emma, Elizabeth met an old friend who was related to "Anomaly 0," a project she had worked on previously while at the Attribute Control Bureau. Elizabeth was hoping to find a way to control Adriel's curse, which was linked to this anomaly.

Realizing the urgency of the situation, Elizabeth hastily searched for a magical item to help suppress Adriel's curse once more. However, upon grabbing the item, Anomaly 0 revealed a sinister grin and warned Elizabeth that it was already losing its effectiveness and would only worsen with time.

In a hurry to meet Adriel, Elizabeth rushed home to change into the perfect attire she had set aside for this very occasion. She carefully selected a dress that would accentuate her natural beauty with its delicate design and striking colors, which complemented her blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. The dress hugged her curves in all the right places, and as she looked at herself in the mirror, she felt confident and alluring. Elizabeth knew that this outfit would make a lasting impression on Adriel, and she was determined to make the most of it.

Elizabeth arrived at the arcade, her heart pounding as she approached Adriel and Emma. Emma's fake smile only added to her nerves, but Elizabeth couldn't help but notice something off about her. There was an ominous energy emanating from Emma, and it made her skin crawl.

As Emma greeted her, Elizabeth sensed her anger boiling just beneath the surface. But then, Emma leaned in close and whispered something that made Elizabeth's blood run cold. "Adriel kissed me," Emma hissed, her voice dripping with venom. "Unlike you, I didn't have to steal a kiss."

While Elizabeth was changing in the fitting room, she overheard Adriel conversing with the saleswoman outside. She couldn't comprehend what he was saying, but it made her shudder. When she emerged in the dress, Adriel complimented her, making her feel desired.

"You look stunning," he said in a low, husky voice.

Elizabeth's heart skipped a beat, and she felt a rush of excitement. As they departed the store, she felt a little possessive of Adriel.

"Thanks!" Elizabeth blushed, thrilled by Adriel's attention.

Feeling emboldened by his response, she leaned forward, silently requesting a kiss. And to her surprise, Adriel complied, kissing her passionately.

Elizabeth's heart raced with a level of intensity she had never experienced before. The kiss was so powerful that she forgot about Adriel's strange behavior. However, when he pulled away, his eyes were dark and intense, and he whispered into her ear.

"Now tell me what's going on here."
