After making all the necessary arrangements they headed toward the address shared by the killer. On the way Shaun asked her about the plan on that she replied we go inside first we saved the chief and after that, we gave the signal to the team to come inside and arrest the killer. 

Detective Francis, can I ask you one question?

Detective Francis tell me the truth about what happened at the hospital? Shaun on that day after the CT scan I feel dizzy and lost consciousness but when you asked me now I remember something that some old lady entered in the chamber and she slipped and I get up to help her and after that, I felt some pain in my arm and after that, I lose consciousness.

Did you see that lady after that incident? Let me think Shaun yes I saw her when we were searching for Mr Richard and after that; I lost consciousness and when I wake up I was in the park on the bench. 

Moreover, I don't understand why he is doing all this?

But what do you want to see? Shaun, I want to confirm something let me check the database. The detective searched the database and she shouts yes! I found it.

What Happened?

Shaun actually when I met the Sun Bear last time he told me that I was not his target. So I cross-checked our data and what I found is shocking. There is one more Detective Francis in our department and he was male and one disciplinary action was also taken against him for the negligence of duty. 

Really! Now I understand he wanted to give punishment to unethical people whether they are in police or another ordinary person. Although what he was doing is right but he has no right to punish anyone. You're right Shaun but we need more information.

She picks up the Walkie Talkie and orders the rest to stop one block before the destination and wait for the signal. After reaching their destination both of them come out of the car and knocked on the door. The same old lady opened the door and orders them to give her their phones and guns. They have no other option so both of them do as she said.

After that old lady takes them to the back door gave them the key and told them if they want to save the Chief sit in the car and go to the destination set in the car. Both of them sit in the car and they see that destination is twelve kilometers away from there and it is a beach house in the west of the seashore. On the way suddenly a car stopped and they received the call on the navigation device. They pick up the call it's from the Sun Bear. He said, "Rose look under the back seat of the car there is tape & rope.  He ordered her to tie Shaun with the rope and taped his mouth. Both of them looked into each other eyes and without saying any word she do as per the instructions.

After half an hour they reached their destination and both of them come out of the car. They walked toward the door and when reached at door all of a sudden door opened and Sun Bear is standing in front of them. I welcomed both of you to your honest chief house. What do you mean! This cannot be true. If you don't believe me asked your Chief he untapped his mouth Yes detective this is my house. 

Now detective I killed him? 

Stop please doesn't do that, "First, tell me why you killed all those people after that you are free to do whatever you want to do with him?"

You are a very curious person, My Dear Rose, ok listen, "I don't like when people do injustice or betrayed others people I hate criminals, cheaters, liars and corrupt people. So I killed some and frame another criminal in their murder. Till now I framed a few corrupt officers like Mr Roger, Mr Smith in different districts and every time I used different methods of killing so that nobody doubts at me. How long you have been doing this & how do you frame them. 

When I was ten years old I used to hate the kids who cheated in games. As the time passed my hate for these types of people increased and in end, at the age of 15 years I killed the first person who is cheating the people by selling Fake lottery tickets and the second person I killed was my corrupt department head who was taken bribed and selling fake question paper to the children. 

It was easy to frame the corrupt person I plant the chip in their head and control their mind. I am actually having the degree of doctor and the engineer & so I build two devices one is the body changer & he touches his neck after that he looks exactly like Detective Francis and chip to control the brain. Sun Bear, "who is that old lady with you?" She is my guardian & my first love, my mother. She always helped me and even at the time of my first murder she helped me to hide the body. 

Now enough it is time to kill the chief and he slit his throat in no time. By the time Shaun also opened his hand but before both of them could able to do anything chief was dead. They are in shock and suddenly someone injected them from the back & they lose consciousness.
