Meeting...

Each of them followed a similar path to the first news. The poster was adamant on the topic until they weirdly said they were just trolling.

Each of the stories followed a similar progression like the first new one. The one that posted the article was adamant it was the truth till they suddenly changed 180 saying it was all fake.

Rafael stood then slumped down on his bed, "Forget it, there is nothing useful at all, but I wonder now if this is real, do those demons in that book also real?"

Rafael started remembering some stories he heard from SuiYin a few days ago. 

"The book says some demons still stay on this planet having their own fun. Are they the cause of this?"

As Rafael wondered, his eyes turned heavy. The moon disappeared from the sky as the sun rose from the east, marking the start of a new day.

The class was similar to yesterday. Jeff and the gang still ignored Rafael. He spent the break time with SuiYin and Aiyden. 

After school, he visited Airine for a minute to say hello, then quickly left to meet up with Aurora.

When he got close to the mall, Rafael raised his eyebrow in surprise. The whole area was closed down. With a frown, he started typing, sending a message.

"Aurora, where are you?"

"I am already at the cafe. (^^)"

"How? I am near the mall now, but the whole area is closed down."

"Send me your accurate location, and wait."

Rafael looked around. He saw many people surrounding the area, asking the security guard some questions. 'What a stupid reason, can't they come up with something better?' Rafael wondered as he overheard their discussion.

The guard told the people this is just a usual building inspection. But who will believe him?

Normally, inspection is done at night after the mall is closed down. No one in their right mind will do this. The amount of money they lose is astronomical. All the vendors will surely send out a complaint. If it's not heard, they will guaranteed sue the management.

As he thought about this, Rafael felt a pull in his hand. Turning around, he saw a woman wearing black sunglasses and a floral dress. She showed the screen on her phone.

Reading the content, Rafael quickly knew she was sent by Aurora. Her screen showed her personal phone number. Knowing her status, it was not something that is easy to get.

Rafael walked around the perimeter, then entered the mall through the underground parking lot. 

"If you can, tell me why it's necessary to close down the whole mall?"

"I am just doing my job, for any questions you should ask Miss Aurora," the woman replied without looking back.

Reaching the place, Rafael was surprised as she was not alone. Aurora had a helpless smile on her face, while beside her, a man with a monocle looked at him up and down.

There was no way Rafael didn't know this man. His face was plastered all over the country. 

As he got close, Rafael put his hand over his chest then gave a small bow. It's the official gesture when someone meets the king. "Greetings, King Epsilon."

"What a respectful young man, no need to worry about your manners. I am here in my capacity as Aurora's father. I just want to meet with her so-called new friend that always makes her smile."

"DAD!" Aurora shouted, her cheeks turning red.

Epsilon laughed, "Go ahead, take a seat."

Rafael nodded, while his brain was confused with the turn of events. 

As he sat, a woman came to Rafael, he didn't recognize her. It was a different person than last time he was here.

Reading the menu, Rafael was even more baffled. Last time, this place only sold normal junk food, but now it's like reading a menu from a gourmet restaurant.

Seeing his expression, King Epsilon chuckled, "Don't worry about the price. You should order some. If you can eat all, I recommend ordering everything. She is my personal chef. Her meal is really tasty and exquisite."

"Thanks, Your Highness."

Rafael hesitated for a moment then asked, "Can I order all and bring some home?"

King Epsilon's eyes widened for a moment then he laughed loudly, "It's rare meeting people like you. Sure, you can order as many as you want."

"Thank you, sir." Rafael replied.

"Good." Epsilon replied, then looked at the chef, "Just make everything then, he can just request more to take home later."

"Alright, Your Highness." The chef replied then left the area.

Seeing her disappearing back, Epsilon commented, "Her meal is good, but she is too uptight. I already told her to be more relaxed."

"Dad… How can you say that to her? She probably heard what happened with the last chef."

"Hahaha, that is not my fault. People need to learn to read the situation. If she failed to do that, then it's on her." Epsilon replied with a chuckle.

"I am sorry about this, Rafael, but after telling my dad what happened, he insisted on meeting you like this."

Rafael's eyes narrowed as this confirmed that they knew about these people with power. 

"So Rafael, can you tell me more? I want to hear it from your mouth directly. Don't omit any detail. The more I know, the more I can help you with your situation."

"Of course sir, but what do you mean by my situation?"

"I will be blunt. After some investigation, we learned that someone is targeting you specifically. It's not because of your relation with my daughter."

"Dad, we still don't know that yet."

"I know what I am saying, Aurora. Everyone that dares or has the capability to target you is all watched."

Aurora frowned and turned silent. She did know what her father said was right. But if this is true, that means Rafael is not a normal person.

It's something that Aurora hoped to be wrong.
