And the amount of wings he has is 3 pairs signifying himself of a high-class. That is because he is stuck at the high-class evolution stage. if he couldn't break the limit of this stage the he would remain in that stage since even if he has that magic power his body and soul only has a capacity to manage spells that of a high-class could do.

She then bit her finger and dropped some blood in the contract making it shine for bit before it was turned into a puff of smoke that flew towards Roxanne.
