Hedvig's childhood

The royal family of the Southern Empire was a family of 10. However, out of the 8 children there was only one girl: Hedvig. She was born on 10. June 2003 in a small hospital of Londeor, the empire's northernmost island during Larian's first Grate War. There was a battle during her birth and the hospital caught fire. One of the nurses managed to ran out of the building with the princess in her arms. She already had 11 children so she put the baby in front of a house with a note saying: her name is Hedvig. The little princess wore a gold ring on a silver necklace which was made by her parents for her birth. She was adopted by a family of an old couple: Anne and Paul. They raised her up as their child but they told her that she was adopted. When she was 7 years old she became a royal guard and met her best friend Sonja Castel. When she was 16 she became the captain of the guards and met the king for the first time. The king recognized his daughter and told her about what happend at her birth. Hedvig met her brothers and she became a really good friend with two of them: Zen and Isana. Zen was 2 years older than Heidi and he had white hair due to a special disease. He had a twin brother Peter. Isana was one year older than her and had long blonde curly hair. They had 4 younger brothers: Hunor who was 12, Buda and Álmos who were 8 years old and Solom who was only 3 weeks old. That Christmas Heidi, Zen and Isana were crowned for their first time. In Larian there was a law that every ruler of the country must be crowned for 3 times to rule the epire. When Hedvig turned 17 she and her brothers were crowned for the second time. Peter couldn't became a king because he was often drunk. To their third coronation they needed to complete different tasks for the country. Their first task was to organize the traditional Christmas celebrations. Isana was responsible for the decorations, Zen wrote the invitation cards and Hedvig provided the nesessary guard and planned the festival meals. When she finished her tasks Hedvig decided to help Isan with the decoration. She went to the port to buy some fish for the traditional Christmas dinner. As soon as she got there the syrens started to ring telling everyone that the country is in danger.
