Chapter 3

After a few minutes, Vexanna said, "Okay, let me start with the basics. This world has magic, or at least it is easier for you to understand the energy as magic. I would come from here to buy records and merchandise, but since it is a completely different world, I am not really updated with the current time since, well, I am not there, so sometimes I tend to forget about your schedules and concert dates." She smiled sheepishly. Then she spoke with her arms proudly resting on her hips, "But all in all, I am a loyal fan, a proud Stay," before lowering her shoulders and adding, "so please just give me sometime and I will surely fix it." You came with me here because something happened while we were together. I promise you that no one will ever harm you, and I will definitely return you back to where you come from"

"So what can this magic do?" Lee Know asked after a while. Though they were curious, the others stared at him disbelievingly, as if that was the question he was meant to ask. He shrugged in response.

Almost immediately, Vexanna turned to face the window to her left, and made the desk and study chair float. This caused their eyes to enlarge even more than they had before, as they thought, "No way, no way, no way!!!!!"

Han said, gesturing to the floating chair and table, "That—this is a dream, right?" After that, Lee Know willingly pinched him. When he did not release his grip on time, Han cried out and questioned, "Why did you do that for? It lasted far too long!" Lee Know shrugged and said looking at Han, "Well, I had to pinch two people, myself and you, and I did not want to pinch myself so you know." With such a response, Han was too stunned to speak.

They all froze when there was a knock. "Oh right, the maid is probably here to tell me about breakfast, and since I have not been out in a while, it is probably unusual, so that is why she came," Vexanna thought to herself. She motioned for them to remain silent. She went to the door, saw Irene the maid, and said hello.

"Good morning, Your highness, did you wake up late?"

Vexanna answered "What?! No, I did not"

Irene answered, "So why did you not leave your room earlier, and I see you are still in your pajamas, which means you have not yet gotten ready."

Knowing the maid's keen sense of observation, Vexanna chose not to prolong the conversation, and instead tried to get away by asking, "Well, is it wrong that I wanted to do something different today?" She folded her arms.

Irene said, "Sigh, today of all days is when you decided to do something different, Your Highness."

Vexanna, bewildered and clueless, enquired, "What is going on today?"

"Given that it is the Queen's birthday, of course Your Highness forgot." Irene sighed

"Oh well, then please do not bother me; let the people who are concerned about it remember." Vexanna responded.

"His Majesty has mandated that every member of the Royal Family attend his wife's birthday celebration," Irene stated.

"So what? Why should I be made to go to her birthday when I did not marry her and she is not even my mother?" Vexanna shot back.

"Your Highness, please do not place this humble maid in an awkward situation."

"Tch, how could you say such? You only say that when? *sigh* Alright, whatever, I will be ready soon," she uttered, her teeth clenched.

"This humble maid expresses gratitude." Irene saluted and left

"That cunning old bird," Vexanna rolled her eyes. Before Irene disappeared from her view, she called her and gave her instructions to set up a large room with eight big beds, and a wardrobe filled with men's clothing. Irene arched an eyebrow, attempting to figure out what her Royal Highness was planning, but without providing any more information, she went ahead and executed it.

In the meantime, while Vexanna and Irene were conversing, the members of Stray Kids were debating among themselves.

"So we are in a world of magic, no wait, someone from a world of magic is our fan. Wow that is unheard of," exclaimed Bang Chan, looking amazed.

"Why did she not do this earlier though?" inquired Lee Know with a puzzled expression.

They gave him a glance.

"Do you mean to teleport us?" asked Bang Chan.

"Yes," Lee Know responded.

With a shrug, Bang Chan remarked, "Well, it is not like she did it on purpose."

Then, with delight, Lee Know remarked, "True, but since we are already here, let us see how we can make the most of it."

After giving him a quick glance, Bang Chan said to himself, "Should I be worried? No, I definitely have to keep an eye on him."

"She has pretty beautiful eyes though," Hyunjin said, looking amazed.

Yes, the color is very distinctive, Han said in agreement.

Felix remarked, staring at the sky and asking, "So, are there dragons here? Well, that would be really awesome.

I.N. expressed the same opinion, saying, "Yes, it definitely would be."

Felix cast a worried glance at Changbin. "What is wrong, Binnie Hyung?"

Changbin "She is so tall. Why? I would rather not be standing next to her."

Because of what Changbin said, they came to realize something that they all felt, which is that they truly are kids in comparison to Vexanna, who is actually 6 feet 2 inches tall.

What is Seungmin thinking about now? Bang Chan wondered as he squinted his eyes and looked at him. And shortly after he said that,

Seungmin "Is it possible for her to make the chair float while I sit in it?"

They were stunned at such a question as none of them had thought about it. Thinking about the endless possibilities if that could really be done, they had exchanged glances with the chair and each other, they turned back to her, and it was clear who had won in the conversation between the head maid and the Princess.

Now aware that she had to leave due to the recent development—more like something she should have remembered— she had to oversee the arrangement she had prepared for the members of Stray kids. "It occurred to me that they are actually Stray kids now *hahaha*," she thought to herself.

After she had sit back in the chair, Seungmin asked, "Can you make the chair float while I sit in it?" before she could tell them what she wanted to do for them. "Naturally, I can," was her response. "What the Kona," she thought to herself, "I can even make the bed float with all of you on it." She was delighted to see their reaction when the bed actually rose into the air, allowing them to see her below. She brought them down after a few minutes of their first-ever bed flying. Yes, their faces were full of excitement, and they immediately started asking her a ton of questions.

Felix asked excitedly, "Are dragons present? Concerning unicorns, what about them? Do weapons of a certain kind exist? How about spells of magic?

"Are mermaids present here?" I.N inquired. "Are horses able to fly? "Is it possible to summon fire?" With starry eyes, they both enquired.

Vexanna replied calmly, although she was secretly delighted that her party trick had impressed them: "There are neither dragons nor mermaids. Regarding weaponry, well, I suppose we have armor and energy control mechanisms. Magic spells are uncommon, and summoning flames is a completely different story. There are no flying horses or unicorns."

As they appeared a little disappointed that their experience with what they believed a world like that was, did not apply here. She then lifted their spirits as she said with a snicker, "We have flying pigs though"

Upon hearing that, they were filled with shock, amazement, and eagerness to see and taste it for themselves.

"Is it edible?" asked Changbin.

"Of course, it is. It is a well known delicacy after all." Vexanna replied.

"That being said," *cough*, Vexanna continued. "Let us get back to the topic at hand: My head maid has already been instructed to prepare a room for you or would you like to share with another person or have your own room?" After exchanging glances, they decided to remain in the same room until they were comfortable. "Since that has been cleared, you are in a different energy world. As a result, some clothes has been prepared for you to wear as they will serve as a form of protection so that the magic in the area will not affect you. I also want you to always wear the jewelry that I have prepared. As I make arrangements for your return, please remain inside and do not leave this location. The absence of curious eyes makes it safer. Are there any questions?"

"So you are saying we cannot explore the world?" inquired Felix.

"I do not want to take any chances that something bad could happen to you," Vexanna replied solemnly. "Given your lack of protection from the energy around you, I do not want to take the chance. It is already my fault that you are here in the first place, and I would not forgive myself if something terrible were to happen to you. Since the energy you are surrounded by is energy you cannot process, I had already built a barrier around you as soon as I woke up and saw you, all to ensure that you are safe from any harm. I am sorry, but I am unable to allow you to stay longer than is absolutely necessary."

"Yes, we understand," Bang Chan sighed. "We appreciate your consideration, Vexanna."

"I was at fault from the beginning," complained Vexanna. "Soon, your room will be shown to you, and breakfast will be prepared for you"

A very important question now, though: were they to leave the room or was she supposed to leave her own room? *laughs* There is always another place she could get ready.
