The Princess and The Bad Boy

After her mother dies, Daphne Lane has to go with her father and stepmother who is a queen to Luisa Island, a small (fictional) island that is very prosperous. To become a member of the royal family, she is taken to a mansion in Los Angeles (Twin City of the capital of Luisa) to be taught manners. During the debriefing, she was mentored directly by her stepmother and got a private tutor. In an instant, Daphne's free life begins to be restricted by rules. A set of rules that become a habit should not be broken. Like it or not, Daphne must follow the rules that apply in her life. Transferring to a new school, Daphne immediately becomes the spotlight there as the Princess of Luisa. Although many are queuing up to become her new friends, Daphne prefers to befriend the children who are members of the "Dumped Students" to avenge the crimes of the popular students' club led by Trixie Marshall. Despite being known as a trouble-provoking and a school bouncer, no one knows how Daphne has felt since losing her mother and having to live under the same roof as a stepmother who upholds manners and often compares her to Christabel. Her stepmother and even father also began to make her feel alienated in her new environment. Daphne tries to escape by tricking the security. But unfortunately amid her attempt to escape, she actually 'meets' with Justin Lancaster, an annoying guy who is a troublemaker at school. So her journey to the place of contemplation was again interrupted by the boy's presence.

The Karate Club (a)

The ONLY thing I'm grateful for going to school here is that they have extracurriculars that I love. Everything is a complete package. There's karate, fencing, and, well, music. But I'm trying to focus on extra self-defense. Music can be later; after all, I can at least one musical instrument, so no need to understand anymore. Mom often asked me to be a talented violinist. She taught me how to play the violin. I could say, Mom was a professional violinist before she died.

Today I have registered as a member of the fencing and karate club. The schedule can be arranged, so I don't have to worry about schedule conflicts. Mikaela offered to accompany me, while the others went home because they had other needs. I'm not forcing. So I let them go home without accompanying me.

"You know Marcel?" I asked when we got to the karate place. Exclamations began to buzz in my ears. I miss the sound of the florets. Back in Florida, I was often the champion of fencing and karate. That's why I'm often sent for fencing and karate tournaments. "Marcel Vaughn."

Mikaela looked at me with a raised eyebrow. "Yeah… why are you suddenly asking about Marcel?" There was a curious tone to that sentence.

"You didn't say there is a creature like Marcel here," I whispered beside her ear so no one else could eavesdrop.

"I suggest you don't approach Marcel."

"So what?" I shrugged. Too bad a guy like Marcel was missed. It's like you meet a cave that contains diamonds but you easily pass through it.

"If you don't want to deal with Trixie, you better not."

Again the angel of death. I responded casually to Mikaela's suggestion and warning. Who is this Trixie bastard? Why is she glorified? Hell, long before I moved to Lost Angels, I conquered the popular kids. No one dared to confront me, even when they met me they bowed their heads and ran away.

Entering the hall, I started contacting high school karate club president Graham Bell while looking around the training ground. On that wide mat, the one figure that stands out the most in my memory and eyes is Justin Lancaster.

Wait. Justin Lancaster?!
