Yelu Yan lowered his head to gaze at Li Xianyun's fair and delicate little face, seeing her ear tips slowly blush, he couldn't help but curve his lips upward and asked, "Did you get hurt at the horse race event today?"
Li Xianyun raised her eyes toward Yelu Yan, knowing she couldn't hide anything from him, yet she hadn't expected him to find out so quickly.
"No injuries," Li Xianyun said as she helped him out of his clothes.
"Were you bullied?" Yelu Yan continued to inquire.
Li Xianyun replied, "No, but during the horse race, three officials' relatives cornered me, so I applied some medicine on their faces. It will probably itch for a few days, but it won't disfigure them."
Yelu Yan looked at her with a smile and said, "It seems you showed some mercy."
"Somewhat," Li Xianyun smiled in response.
She paused for a moment, looked up at him, and asked, "It won't cause you any trouble, will it?"
