The clouds of choking dust caused by the magical collision had not yet dissipated when Steplinus in a polar tone ordered his General to take care of Zion while he got serious in his fight against Castellion.

The latter stopped at this decisive statement.

"What are you doing?" Zion inquired as he stopped as well, and looked at the beast with a concerned look.

"I'm tired of running. For once, I am in perfect agreement with the one who so desires to capture me and will do my damage. It is time for me to face and fight."

Zion regarded Castellian with hesitation and pain, who had turned to its enemy and stared at him with strength and defiance.

Then Zion turned to the mercenary and studied him well.
