With their work done, the remaining pirates walked away from their cemetery with no particular destination in mind. Their group ended up together at the bank of the stream again before they came to a stop, some kneeling to wash their hands in the cool water.
This would be the place where the two groups could part ways, the traitors to return to the cave and the loyal pirates to return to the beach camp. Instead, however, no one moved to go in any direction. They all simply stood awkwardly together.
