Chapter 44

A pretty woman dressed in a pink knee-length dress and a white coat on top of the dress approached them. She was walking elegantly and gracefully. Unlike Jin Meiyin, she had light make up on her face.

 Jin Meiyin's eyes brightened when she saw her, as if she found her savior.

 " Sister Lan , thank God you're here. This b*tch has been insulting me, you need to avenge me and throw her out! "

 Xie Lan sized up Ellen and gave her a light smile. " Miss, may I ask why you're here? How can we help you? "

 " Old madam Li's medical reports. "

Ellen replied with a blank face without giving her a single glance. She had met many of these pretentious people until she became immune to them.

 Xie Lan stiffened and her smile froze when she heard her.

 She had heard some romors about Dr Hua appointing a new nurse to take care of the Li family's matriarch. She thought he'd take one of the most professional nurses or doctors in the hospital since many people would die to get that kind of an opportunity.

 That person would carry the legacy throughout his/her career. It'd bring huge impacts and success. She was quite jealous when she heard that the position had already been decided.

 Her face darkened and she gazed at Ellen. A flash of jealousy could be spotted on her eyes.

 The woman before her had a pretty face although she'd hate to admit it but in no way she looked like a professional nurse. Maybe Dr Hua was scammed.

 The woman was dressed like a street thug and her indifferent demeanor irked her a lot. How dare she take her position! She must have slept around to claim that position. Xie Lan sneered disdainfully. Jin Meiyin saw her dark face and smirked smugly.

 Ellen saw their reactions and shrugged. She was already tired of standing and entertaining those ignorant women. She strutted towards old Hua's office nonchalantly.

 The inward structure of the building was quite similar in all Hua General hospitals thus she easily spotted the old man's office. The door was locked but she had the key. The old man had given her incase she ever visited in his absence.

 She unlocked the door and entered inside. The office was simple but neat and classy. The items in the room may look simple but were very expensive.

 The people outside were left in a daze. How on earth did she get in?

 Jin Meiyin's dark expression worsened. "Thief!! Call the security to throw this b*tch outside! She's a slut and a thief! " She barked and entered the office in large strides.

 " How dare you break in and barge into our senior director's office without permission?! Do you know you can be arrested for trespassing? " Xie Lan's face also turned ugly.

 " This b*tch, do you think we don't know what kind of a woman you are? You must have slept around to get that position! Do you even look like a nurse?" Jin Meiyin sneered.

 " Who do you want to seduce in the Li family? The eldest young master Li is already married. Stay away from the Li family. You think the Li young masters would give a shameless woman like you a second glance? Dream on!! "
