588 Third Base

On the day of Samantha's graduation, she had no parent to take pictures with. She finished with honors and while it saddened her again, remembering how she was an orphan, she was happy to see the support of her future in-laws. 

Andrea and Alfred, as well as Angela, came to Samantha's graduation with flowers as well as expensive gifts. 

Like her other classmates, she had still moments with her newfound family and celebrated her graduation. Having a family after many years overwhelmed her that she was crying as she had her pictures taken. 

"Shhhh... stop crying, Sam," said Alfred. He was hugging her after the ceremony was over. They were still at the auditorium, comforting her. 

Samantha held on to him for dear life and burying her face into his chest. Until now, she could not fathom how lucky she was to have met Alfred. "I - I'm just so happy."
