In front of everyone, during breakfast, Chevre called the attention of his family. He asked for Xuilan to stand by his side as he made the announcement. 

Holding Xuilan's hand, Chevre said, "Guys, I have great news! Xuilan has agreed to marry me. We are getting married on Monday!"

There was silence for a second, then Chunhua howled in tears. She thought her daughter finally made the right decision for herself and the twins.

"Well, congratulations, bro," said Brie. She walked up to him and embraced him tightly. She did the same with Xuilan. Everyone else soon followed. 

When it was Andrea's turn to hug Chevre, she said, "Oh, my Chev. I'm so happy for you."

Knowing his mother, Chevre said, "Don't worry, mom. I won't move out… yet. I think with the kids still being restless and in need of attention, we should remain here… especially since we both are busy with work."
