Andrea and Lu Fang ultimately allowed Alexis to go to Korea for her long vacation. 

Yeong had arranged a flat for her that was strategically located in the middle of the city.

While Alexis planned to stay a few days with her uncle Yeong and aunt Yanmei, she wanted to be independent and live on her own. Her belongings were naturally planted with tracking devices from her phone, bags, and down to her shoes. 

On the day of her departure, the Lu family all gathered at the airport before her check-in. Alexis insisted on not taking a private plane as it was a waste of resources. 

"Lex, what can I say. We will miss our spoiled princess," said Chevre before giving her a hug. 

"Pfft! Yeah, right. I bet you're relieved, you have no one to be worried about already," she teased before twitching her mouth. 

Chevre chuckled and answered, "Yes, please pass on the worry to uncle Yeong."
