The shareholder's meeting was to start at ten in the morning, but Alfred Davies arrived at the Bank nearly an hour early. He intended to establish ties with the others, especially since he was not planning on actively managing his investment.

When he learned from Andrea that she was giving Hanxi the chance to buy shares for The Bank of Trust Italy, he also became interested. He got the full story from Andrea and how some close friends of the Riccis were trying to plot against Hanxi. 

After losing his sister, Christina, for years, he recognized that discrimination can make ruins and thus; he supported Andrea's plan wholeheartedly. 

Surprisingly, when he arrived at the magnificent conference room, a few investors were already engrossed in a discussion. Before interrupting, he listened attentively.
