372 Gao Rou: Good Night Kiss

FLASHBACK [Second Trip to the US]

For three months, Gao Rou and Deana had been communicating online, sometimes talking for hours on the phone during weekends. They developed a mutual understanding without putting a name on the relationship. 

Soon, Deana became impatient. They were treating each other as a couple, but Gao Rou did not asked her to be his girlfriend. When He called her once, she said, "Rou, I'm not sure where we are going with this but I don't want to invest too much in something that will not have any direction."

Gao Rou thought she was exaggerating. He thought some relationships got defined after months or sometimes years of friendship. To him, they were still getting to know each other. However, he could not deny that he often missed Deana and that he enjoyed talking to her. 

Their first kiss remained in his thoughts and often flashed through his head even as he was in the office, swamped with work.
