Throne of Hearts
In the theatre.
"How did you get these?" Kiara questioned while taking a seat.
"Actually the director is my friend so it was easy."
"But I heard they won't telecast or share it with anyone."
"Yeah, they record everything only for safety and to identify the right ones, if there were any misunderstandings. And to also get quick assistance for tiebreakers. So everything we do is recorded secretly or openly but is never telecasted or shared. But I was an exception."
Isla explained with a proud smile.
"Is this show takes place every year?" Felix who entered with Mia's support questioned.
"Yes, Uncle. Why? You wanna join this year?" Mia teased him.
"Lame jokes just like your father." Felix laughed out seeing her huff at his comment.
'Are my jokes really Lame?' Mia thought while helping him on his special comfortable seat.
"They are." Ian answered while adjusting the backrest for him.
She blinked in surprise and glared at him.
'Damm, it. How can he always read my mind?' She thought while taking a seat right behind Felix.
Charlotte sat beside Felix while Noah rushed to take a seat beside Mia. He never liked her in the past but now he was tailing her everywhere. Of course, she was his Life-Savior.
Kiara sat on another side of Mia and Ian sat beside her with Isla clung on his right.
Lil Kai pouted and looked at Mia.
Chuckling out loud, Mia scooped him and said,
"Baby, don't worry. You will always be my first preference." Pecking her cheek, he grinned happily.
It was just day two but Lil Kai was really happy when Mia was around him. Soon he even started acting possessive all around her.
The maids brought snacks and drinks adding fuel to Mia's anxiety.
"Ok, here we go." Noah pressed the On button on the remote.
A big banner of the show with title 'Throne of Hearts' showed up.
A couple walked in slow motion and stood in the centre stage.
They were, of course, the popular Allen's.
"Hello, This is your multi-talented host Andrew Allen and this is my beautiful wife Alison Allen."
"Welcome to this most beautiful show which mends two hearts into one. Of course, the same show which brought us together." Alison with a grin clung onto her husband's shoulder to which Andrew replied with a sweet peck.
"They almost killed us with their PDAs." Mia commented with a smile.
Everyone smiled.
And there seemed to a cut as the show forwarded to Mia's entry.
"This This This isn't the recording I gave." Isla stood up.
"What? Really?" Noah got up and paused the show.
"Yes. What I brought from his office was a different one."
"Omg. In excitement, you might have brought the wrong one."
"But, " Isla gulped.
She had herself went to his and made a new record which had Mia always bullying her but the one she was seeing right now was a completely different one. If she retorted she would surely be exposed.
"Let's stop it here. I will return this and bring the exact one in an hour. We can continue later on." Isla suggested.
"Let's just watch this. Both will have contents from the show itself, right? Then why waste our popcorns." Kiara got up and suggested.
"But that was the actual, " Isla gulped her words.
"Kiara is right. Let's just watch this." Felix announced and everyone sat back. Since he had to take his meds, everything was paused for a few minutes.
"Hehe, don't worry. You have my back. We can face-slap her a lot." Noah whispered to which Mia widened her eyes.
"Hehe, I checked that. You truly were a badass queen. I change it with a different one." He continued and Kiara chuckled. She was of course involved in this new face slapping series.
"She wanted to portray you bad, right? Now she will be tamed for same." Kiara whispered with a smirk.
Mia didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
"Don't worry, this record as things only related to you and Ian," Kiara said to which she nodded thankfully.
She looked at him and sure enough, he was smiling. It was evident that he was the real owner of this recording.

As Mia entered and intruded herself as Ria, Lil Kai started squealing her name in excitement making everyone laugh out loud.
"Of course, Alex would definitely choose. There's no doubt at all." Isla words echoed the whole theatre.
Currently, all the girls were chilling at one part of the villa and Mia was busy texting someone.
"You both love each other?" One of the contenders questioned.
Isla blushed. Her action was evident for everyone to consider it as a yes.
Right now looking at herself in the screen, all she wanted was to dig a hole for herself. Isla still had a million way of embarrassment.
"It's boring, Puffin." Mia aka Ria in the show was brought on the screen. Right now she talking on the phone in her room. She knew there were hidden cameras but she didn't care much.
"Yeah, Puffin. There's one girl Isla bisla whatever she is, "
Chuckles echoed the theatre at her comment.
"She is like on cloud nine about her childhood crush whatever."
The other side of the phone wasn't heard but with Mia's answer, all were able to stabilise what she was actually talking about.
"Hehe, Tomorrow is still bright and I have my full nag of tricks."
Her statement made the viewers curious. It more looked like they were watching a thrilling film and Mia was the vicious heroine of the story.
The banner was again showed and next was the task location.
"Welcome to your first task of Throne of Hearts," Andrew spoke up.
"Since you guys have familiarised yourself, let's get back to our actual motto of this show." Alison continued,
"Here for every two days, you gonna perform a task as a couple and the winning couple will sit on our throne." She pointed at the TV screen which showed a lavish throne and all the contestants gasped.
"They will have the power to eliminate a pair, of course, to lessen their competition and move a step forward in the show," Andrew explained.
"And yes every time you win, you get a badge and the top three couple with most badges will compete for the final throne ie our 'Throne of hearts' title." Alison continued,
"And and let me honest, in this span of two months, these tasks, the heartbreaks, the schemes, every single thing will bring you close to your loved ones. Every time you perform a task, your relationship takes a bigger step connecting you both in a tight unbreakable bond. We have seen many people going out as a couple here and living a happy life in the outside world."
Andrew commented with a smile,
"And the living example we both. We met 6 years backs at this same stage and here we are today as a beautiful couple you have ever seen."
Everyone chuckled at his brag.
"Now Now Now, let's get to the main thing." Alison continued,
"Today our 10 men have the right to choose their pair. But, wait how can you select someone without knowing their strength?"
Andrew held her hand and went on,
"Don't worry darling, We have a special way."
"Our ten girls will perform a task which could showcase both their strength and beauty."
"You mean?" Alison and everyone looked at him curiously.
"I mean the girls should stand in this position." He pointed towards the Tv screen where A lady was elegantly standing on one leg. She was performing one-legged wheel pose. Almost every girl gasped in fear.
"So, the one who lasts long will be the winner. And gets special power too." Andrew grinned and Alison smiled.
Everyone took their places and started trying their luck out.
What caught everyone, the viewers, as well as the show members, was Mia elegantly performing her warm-ups.
She elegantly bent into a wheel pose and lifted her one leg in ease. Everyone started clapping for her in the show and other girls envied her.
The recording was again cut and was forwarded to the last part of the task where Mia and other girl named kelly were giving tough fights.
"Ok, it's been 20 minutes and you both aren't ready to give up, let's increase the level," Andrew said and Alison continued,
"I request both of you to stand on your toe. And without falling down."
They both did in one go and everyone clapped and even Lil Kai clapped with his tiny hands.
It was forwarded to the extent were Kelly's leg trembled and she gave up.
Everyone clapped for her performance.
"Everyone, please give a big round of applause to Miss Ria. She stood for around 48 minutes."
Everyone cheered and slapped some even whistled for her great performance.
"Now, let's get back to our boys." Alison looked at them.
One by one, all took a girl's name. Except for three men, everyone else took Mia's name.
"Haha seems like Ria has a hard decision to make." Andrew smiled at her.
"Wait, she still has some special powers." Alison grinned and continued,
"Ria, your first power is to choose anyone you like. Any guy except my Andrew." Everyone chuckled out loud.
"And second power, you will know it later on."
"So, Ria stage is yours." Andrew said and the camera focused on her.
With a smile, Mia looked at boys.
"I actually wanna ask first before choosing. I would choose him only if he wants to perform with him if not I will go with someone else."
"Interesting." Alison mumbled with a smile.
"The one with the black cap." The Camera turned towards the guy who of course was our Ian.
"Alex, right?"
Ian nodded.
"Will you like to perform with me?"
Everyone looked at screen curiously. While the camera was moving between The hosts, Alex, Ria and Isla.
"It's yes, of course!" Noah the excited viewer commented to which Mia smiled.
