"M-M-My wh who whole life has been ruined."

Her tears crumpled down his last string of forbearance.

Lightly pushing her back, he retracted back so did Mia as she didn't want to stand right beside him poking the damsel in distress.

Her gesture prickled his heart and he looked back only to see her face in a fickle.

Wiping away tears, she glanced at his face and only then realised Mia's presence.

"So, you are here." Wiping away her never-ending dawn of streams, Isla continued,

"You are happy now? Aren't you? Snatching everything which belonged to me?"

Mia just sighed and let her whimper her heart out. If it was years back, she would have surely cut Isla into pieces with her tongue as sharp as a knife. But now, she had the idea of sustaining one's energy with a zipped mouth.

"Answer me, Mia. You are happy. Aren't you?"

"She is." Ian's answered surprised both the women.

He looked at Nathan who nodded and left the place.

"You you you are still taking her side? She tainted my reputation, Ian. She harassed me."

"And what about my reputation?"

His eyes which were calm had now filled with coldness.

Her love, her man, who never uttered a word against her, who always took her side all these years was now defending someone else?

Her world shattered into pieces, her last hope of having him all alone, of being his wife, was strangled.

Deep down, even though she knew Mia had already captured his heart, but still she tried, strived all these years just to get a place in his heart and now, she has been pushed back, to again stand as a stranger after all her efforts, all her toils just to be with him.

"Did Did she fill your mind? I know."

Clapping her hands as loud as she could, she laughed out loud.

"Good job, bitch. Good job. I knew you would fill his mind."

"All you got his this? Bewitch him with your beauty and seduce him on the bed. As expected from a filthy daughter."

He fist curled into a ball but something was holding him back and when he looked back, her nod made him sigh.

It was her soul, her heart which was holding him to be quiet and let her vent out.

"Hahaha, when you came back, why didn't I get ready for this day?" Pointing her finger, she continued,

"You always hated me, you were always jealous of me. And now, ha ha ha y-yo-you finally snatched him. You ruined my life, my whole damn life."

Wiping away her tears, she yelled,

"Mia Brown, did your Mom teach you these things? Did your Mom trained you to be like this inside her womb?"

"ENOUGH." His loud made her shiver and retract her steps.

"ENOUGH, Miss Margeret. Enough."

Her world finally crushed when he addressed her and her legs started to tremble at the murderous aura.

"I Ia Ia Ia Ian," He glared and Isla didn't utter a word.

Soon Jose came in with a file and whatnot.

"Do you think I ever loved you? Leave about loving you, did I ever spare a glance at you?"

Taking out the file, he took a few papers and threw at her.

"You did all these things. You created this own love world and let it grew as you wished,"

Looking at screenshots of papers, filled with articles, posts, pictures which she had circulated through her water armies Isla turned pale.

"This This This I never did. Those all are people's opinion."

"Stop It. Please! Do you think I am that ignorant to believe your words?

"Kiara was right if I had stopped you back then, we would never be facing off right now."

He threw a few more papers in the air and as they touched the ground, her body started to tremble.

"Do you think I was that dumb to ignore your tactics back then?"

"Listen carefully, I ignored everything just because of my respect towards Mr Margeret. He is a nobleman and tainting you would have just spoiled his good reputation."

"And, I regret it now."

He sighed and before he could continue, she yelled,

"Yes, I did this. I bought people to talk about us, yes I paid people to write about us, bu bu but it was all years back. No No Now everyone really loves us. Everyone considers us an Ideal couple. You You You cannot leave me now."

"Was I ever with you to leave?"

Even though he was speaking the truth, she didn't wanna believe it. But to her, he was always with her in her self created world.

"If this clears everything, you may leave now."

"No, I won't." Wiping away her tears, she retorted.

"I always loved you and will only you. And I know you only love me. Don't you daily read all those wishes, love we receive from people all around the world?"

He sighed deeply.

"You You cannot betray me."

"Isla, I never loved you. I never liked you. I never considered you as one and not even as a friend."

"You You You are lying."

"It was all because of my respect towards your father. Nothing more than that. If not him, you wouldn't have been standing so freely here right now."

"It was just a mistake, Ian. I am sorry. Yes, I know I was wrong. I shouldn't have boasted us like that. I am sorry Ian. Bu But, she is worse than me. How can you like her?" Her words raged his hostility.

"Really Isla? I never thought you would stoop this low." Kiara's sudden burst surprised everyone.

Taking all the files from Jose's hand, she walked towards her and showed,

"Look, it's her. You tried to kill her. And you still consider yourself high. You tried to murder her."

Isla breath hitched.

"Here, in the show, you tried to drug her. And this, you literally tried to kill her by poisoning her food." Seeing all the proofs against her, Isla world stopped to move.

"And not only that, you always tried to fill his mind with whatnot about her in few less than 10 to 20 family gatherings we had all these years."

"Think Isla. Come back to reality from your delusion, did he ever care about you? Did he ever look at you? Did he ever talk to you casually all these years?"

Kiara's words stung her heart, her soul.

"And not only that, you even anonymously sent Ian her pictures with other guys, you trampled her pictures into whatnot. And you still blame her?"

"I I I I didn't"

His eyes turned fierce and taking the file on his table, he threw it right on her face.

Mia's eyes widened seeing her pictures with guys she had a one or two relationship. What caught her eyes was a particular picture of Xavier and her hugging tightly and the other him piggybacking her.

"Really?" Was what left her mouth in disgust.

"You dare to lie again." His was echoed the whole office.

"Yes, Yes Yes. It was all me. I did it. Just to get you. Can't you understand how vast my love is that I can do anything for you."

"I can kill anyone. I can murder everyone. I can can even even jump off the cliff. From this tower too." And with that, she turned around and ran like a maniac.

"Isla." Kiara was the first to react and all the three walked out.
