"Where are you, Xiao Ying?" Xiao Yun had been trying to find his daughter but he couldn't find a clue of where she was.
Suddenly, he sensed a large amount of Qi not too far from him so he decided to fly there.
When he reached the place, he saw dead bodies of the Ape all over the place but he didn't care about those as he saw his daughter.
As he flew down and checked her, he found that she was fine but her Qi was almost drained out from her body.
"Did the Qi I just felt was from her?... Maybe I will ask her later" He then transferred Qi into her.
After ensuring that her body was stable, he started looking at the young man who fainted next to her.
"A normal person?... Time is running out, I should bring both them back fast"
When Xiao Yun raised his hand, both Xiao Ying and Sun Zhen disappeared just like they were never there in the first place.
Seeing no more reason to stay, Xiao Yun flew back to the city.

He felt like he was haunted by her voice but he really didn't mind at all. Just by hearing her voice, he would never forget her face.
After waking up, he looked around and found out that he wasn't in his old room. Instead, he was in a room that looked like a bedroom from the old Chinese.
"We have been saved. But where is Xiao Ying?" He thought.
He then got out of the bed and found out that he was not in his leather armor and he was wearing clothes just like what Xiao Ying wore.
Suddenly the door opened and a woman, who dresses like a servant, came in with a bowl of warm water but when she saw Sun Zhen, she was startled and dropped the bowl.
"Oh, it just you" She sighed as she finally knew who he was.
"Sorry for scaring you, but can you tell me where I am?" Sun Zhen asked.
"You are in Xiao Clan house. Please wait here, I am going to call the Patriarch" Before going, she picked the bowl and asked him not to go anywhere.
Not too long after that, Xiao Yun and his daughter came in with the servant behind them.
"Damn that a tall guy" He thought as he saw Xiao Yun.
"Sun Zhen. Thank god for you wake up. I thought you were going to sleep forever" Xiao Ying jumped and hugged him.
But the reunion was stopped as her dad didn't like seeing his daughter hugging another man.
"Ahem, Ying. You should make space for the young man" Xiao Yun coughed.
She then let go of him and ran back to her dad while giggling.
"This kid" he sighed as he realized that his teaching was wrong for her because she didn't notice the boy and girl boundary despite she was now old enough to know.
"Sun Zhen, right? You have been sleeping for a long time now so I am thinking that you must be hungry. How about you go with us to have breakfast?" Xiao Yun asked.
"I would love to" Sun Zhen answered as he was very hungry.
On his way with them, Xiao Ying told him everything that happened after her dad rescued them.
He found out that he had been sleeping for 3 days, that explained the hungry state of his. Then she said that the city decided to open a large hunt on those Ape after my dad informed the Tower Master because they became demonic.
"Your spear and the bag are now being held by my dad, I will ask for them after breakfast" She said
"Okay thanks for telling me" he said but he was sure that her dad was suspicious of his items.
As they were walking the hallway, he saw that the whole place was related to a Xianxia world which confirmed that cultivation would be a must for him.
The whole place was very lively, servants and guards walked around as they were working. He even saw some old men meditated in a large yard but the most bizarre thing he saw those old men were floating 1 meter above the ground.

"Cmon Sun Zhen, let go" Xiao Ying started pulling him to the table on the top.
When they sat down, Xiao Yun called the servant to call the rest of the family. The servant nodded and she went to a large bell then hit it with a stick.
The bell sound was very loud and less than a minute, people started to come in and they dressed like Sun Zhen. He then saw the elders walked in and sat next to Xiao Yun, the Patriarch.
"Let eat" When the whole table was full of people, Xiao Yun nodded and signaled them to dig in.
As soon as he said, the people ate like a monster. Each dish was cleaned clean less than 1 minute.
"What the heck" Sun Zhen was shocked because he never saw people ate this crazy, the food wasn't that good.
Afraid of not having enough for his stomach, he also ate like them and he chose to swallow most of the time.
"Eat faster," Xiao Ying told him as she ate faster than others.
He realized that because of this environment, Xiao Ying had to adapt to eating very fast.
As for Xiao Yun and the elders, they ate like a normal person and their dishes didn't get touched by anyone.
The Xiao family had a very weird tradition.

Only the strong and the elder's food were untouchable because of seniority.
The time had changed, they could get food easily but the tradition stayed with the family.
Some of the other family didn't like how rude the Xiao family were but they didn't care and still eat like there is no tomorrow.
About 10 minutes later, the breakfast ended with no more dishes or leftover. Sun Zhen on the other hand, got his stomach was bloated with food.
"Wow, you also eat very fast but you should improve your chewing skill" Xiao Ying said to him while looking at his miserable state.
"There is also chewing skill?" He thought.
Soon, people left the room while only him, Xiao Ying and her dad stayed back.
"Xiao Ying, go back to your class. Me and Sun Zhen will talk in private" Her dad said.
"Please dad, the class is so boring and I already reached the mid-Juqi stage about 2 days ago" She argued.
"Tell me the first chapter of Peace Cultivate" Her dad asked her one of the basic knowledge in class.

"What?... Sir, I will not lie to you. I just wanted to go to the city while she led me back with the map in her hand" Sun Zhen answered truthfully.
"How did you fight back the Demonic Ape?" He seemed to satisfy with Sun Zhen's answer but he wanted to know more about the day when they got attacked.
"I used items inside my bag and my spear" Sun Zhen answered without adding anything more.
"Hum, Ok. I know you had your own secret so I will not bother you about that but I want to ask you who saved you guys on that day? Is my daughter the one?" He was still confused about that and her daughter said that she didn't know about that.
"...No sir, it isn't your daughter but someone else" He answered both truth and lie because the one who saved them wasn't Xiao Ying.
"One last question, do you want to cultivate like us? The family will help because you protected her despite you are only a mortal" Xiao Yun offered him a deal to make him into a cultivator.

"Are you sure?" First Elder asked
