As the guy (challenger) attacked again, Sun Zhen help up his shield to defend.

"I will use Piercing Fist" He thought as he used an Art to pierce Sun Zhen's shield.

Despite the shield got pierced and almost hit Sun Zhen, he used another command.

[Sticky Mode]

Seeing his attack worked, the guy wanted to attack again so he tried to get his hand out of the shield but he soon found out that his hand got stuck or glued to the shield.

"What is going on?" He tried to use more strength in order to rip the shield off but it didn't work.

Sun Zhen then let go of shield and punched into the guy's face. It was a hard punch and the guy back down but he wasn't affected by it much.

"Flame" The guy hand suddenly was on fire and burned the shield down to a liquid state.

"I don't know what First Elder taught you but it's useless as your pathetic punch" The guy then performed an Art that increased his movement.

The guy was as fast a cheetah and in one moment, the guy was already beside Sun Zhen and attacked him with 2 hands

But before the attacks could touch Sun Zhen, he gave a command that still annoyed the guy.

"Again with the weird shield" The guy was angry as his attacks blocked by the shield again.

It was still Jelly Shield and why did he use it again?... It wasn't that he lacked imagination but the shield could be defense and attack at the same time.

"So what? You have a problem with that" This time a second shield appeared on his other hand.

2 shield on 2 hands, what a weird tactic and it taunted the guy.

"Flame / Pierce Fist" He didn't care as he already knew what the shield could do so he used 2 Arts at the same time.

[Iron Mode] Sun Zhen gave a new command and the Shield on his right hand changed into iron material.

Without noticing, the guy attacked right into hard iron and he screamed out in pain.

"Why the hell the shield so hard" The guy held his hand as his fingers bone were cracked.

Self-coding could change an App from Normal to Hard mode. He had done that to the Jelly Shield and it had 3 modes to change. (Jelly-Counter attack; Sticky- Stick to an enemy; Iron- hard iron shield)

Took his chance Sun Zhen lifted his shield up (Already changed back to Jelly) then brought down onto the guy after he changed it to Iron again.

Seeing the attack, he dodged Sun Zhen's attack thank to his movement and reaction speed, but he did leave some fear into the guy heart because where he once stood, now it was a small crater. The heaviness and momentum from Iron Shield destroyed the ground very easy.

"I have to attack from far away" The guy wasn't stupid, he knew that close range battle was a disadvantage to him but not for Sun Zhen.

"Flame Arrow" A Ranged Art and 6 arrows made out of the fire, flew to Sun Zhen.

Sun Zhen raised his shield (Iron) to defend and felt the heat from the arrows. If he used Jelly or Sticky Mode, his shield would be burned and it took at least 4 seconds to create one shield.

"He had sacrificed his mobility for defending, the kid will have a hard to try to fight against the range attacks" Patriarch said.

"That is one mistake, but I trust he will figure out a way" First Elder once doubted Sun Zhen but now, he had unconditional support from Elder.

[Sticky Mode]

The moment Sun Zhen gave the command, the fire arrow burned the shields and create green smoke which blocked the guy's vision.

"Don't you use cheap trick on me" He then used an Art that created wind and blew the smoke away.

When the smoke dispersed, Sun Zhen wasn't in his sight so he was alerted end and looked around.

"A wall?" He then found a wall which wasn't there in the first place so he concluded that Sun Zhen was behind.

"Sun Zhen, don't you dare to hide from me" He created 10 more fire arrows and fired at the wall.

*8 seconds earlier*

[Mud field-6 meters] Sun Zhen gave the command behind the wall when he touched the ground. The wall was only about 15 lines so it came up less than 1 second.

His next command was over 60 lines so it would take him 10 seconds to code out.

*Present time*

<BOOM> The wall was destroyed when the arrows hit and also created a bit of smoke but enough to see.

"It's that 2 people?" He saw 2 people behind the smoke and they were full of holes.

"Oh god, did I mistakenly attacked wrong" He started freaking out but when the smoke cleared, he was shocked as he saw the humanoid that made out of dirt or mud (His perspective) creature.

"What is going on" He soon felt wet around his feet so he looked down and found out that he was in a mud pool.

He was more confused than ever before and he felt someone was tapping on his shoulder so he looked to the right.

It was the humanoid Mud and it attacked him by punching him the face, it wasn't a solid punch and it was like mud all over his face.

It was a surprise attack so he felt into the mud and tried to clean off the mud on his face.

But the Mud Man didn't give him a chance and attacked him again. Soon another Mud Man appeared and also attacked the guy.

"I like when someone got gangbanged"

Sun Zhen wasn't far from him and he perfectly stood on the mud thanks to his shoe which let him walked on mud like solid ground.

After 10 seconds, more than 8 Mud Men were "gangbanged" the poor guy.

"Enough" Suddenly a column of flame blew around the guy and destroyed the Mud Men.

He was at his limit. It was supposed to his day, his win and his glory but today he got humiliated by a Juqi kid.

"I won't hold back anymore" Flame started to surround his body and his hair was burned but he didn't care and Fire Balls formed around him.

"Oh I know who he is now, he is a son of a Fire Cultivator from Xiao Clan Branch and he is 7th strongest in Senior class" A random guy in the crowd said out loud.

"It's amazing how Sun Zhen can exchange with him, it meant that he is equal or even stronger than that guy" A Random Girl commented.

"Yeah, he isn't just a genius. He is also super strong"

And on that day, Sun Zhen legend began.

"DIE" The fireballs around the guy started flying at Sun Zhen but he was calmed as he summoned his 2 shields again.

Next was an explosion at the area where Sun Zhen stood but thanks to his Iron Shield and the humidity of the mud environment, he only felt hot a bit.

"I will burn you alive" More fireballs appeared around the guy again but he got trolled again.

4 Mud Men rose up from the ground and hugged him which put out the fire around.

"GET OFF ME"

As he struggled again the Mud Men, Sun Zhen "skated" to him. That right, he was skating on mud.

Not only the shoe let him walk on mud, but it also let he skate on it.

"NO, NO, NOOO..." The guy screamed as Sun Zhen raised his shield like he was preparing a punch.

[Iron Mode]

When he gave the command, the Shield became iron and it was heading toward the guy.

"NOOOO..."

<Crack> That was the sound of the Iron meet flesh, the whole iron shield smashed into the guy.

With momentum from skating, the direct force was so crazy that the guy was blown away from the mud field and crashed down on the solid ground.

The guy was alive but couldn't stand up from such attack so Sun Zhen was the winner of the challenge.

People started cheering and clapping for Sun Zhen, it was an incredible fight and worth taking notes of.

"Sun Zhen, Sun Zhen, Sun Zhen..." The students kept saying his name as a sign of victory for the Junior class like them, they were bullied by Senior class a lot so this victory was very sweet.

Sun Zhen gave the command to delete the shields and brought the field back to normal. Then with a smile on his face, he walked to the crowd.

"The Kid really good" Patriarch said while looking at Sun Zhen.

"Haha indeed" First Elder happily drank another cup of tea.

"But this will be a problem when I have to deal with the Xiao Fire Lord, the guy loves his son very much. But teaching him Fire Lord transformation really isn't good, he already burned all his hairs...Wait, what is he doing?" The Patriarch stood up

"STOP" First Elder reacted and teleported as soon as he could but it was too late.

The defeated guy wasn't done yet as he created a fire arrow and aimed at Sun Zhen.

"DIE" He shouted as he fired the arrow.

"Huh? Oh shit" Sun Zhen looked back and the arrow was so near him that he couldn't bring out the shield in time.

Time seemed to be stopped as Sun Zhen mind was processing with information that could help him from this situation.

"Qi control...Qi balls...the feeling of Qi...Feel it and control it"

It was like a slow-motion movie, Sun Zhen raised his hand as the arrow was about to pierce his stomach.

And time was back to normal again.

"Control it"

He felt the Qi around the arrow and used it like controlling the ball, he stopped the arrow advance. What a dramatic scene and near death experience.

"I did it" The arrow was stopped around his 2 hands and he felt proud of himself.

But it wasn't over as the arrow got brighter and brighter as it was about to blow.

"SHIT" Sun Zhen closed his eyes and waited for it but it didn't come.

He then opened his eyes and saw his Laoshi (First Elder) held the arrow in his hand and crushed it.

"Seem like you have advanced on control, you are now one step into mastery Qi control. I am proud of you, my disciple" First Elder said while rubbing Sun Zhen's head like a grandfather feeling proud of his grandson.

With emotions and near death experience, Sun Zhen broke down in tears and held his voice as he cried.
