"Hibiki is the one who set the police station on flames." Scarlett told the Commissioner.
"How do you know about that? You heard them talking? Was Hibiki inside the police station?" He asked her questions one after another.
Scarlett held her head with both hands and tried hard to remember what happened that day. "I was there… I could hear very faintly that he was planning on setting something on fire. I couldn't understand what he meant at that moment until I finally got to know from him that he bomb blasted the police station."
"And you saw him in front of your eyes too? In the warehouse?" The commissioner asked.
Scarlett nods, "yes he was with Ricardo. He has even changed his hairstyle. The look he used to have just like the picture in your phone is no longer his current look. He is now bald headed and with lots of piercings."
