Ezra's fear of loosing Scarlett
Ezra nods at him, "it's because what we thought Scarlett has gone through is just a prologue," he looked into his eyes, "there's more into the story, a lot more Officer."
"So, Scarlett isn't an orphan?" The commissioner asked, after hearing the whole story from Ezra.
"How do I tell her this? She has no idea what her life is?" Ezra cursed under his breath. "Hell, even I don't know what to do with this information at all?"
The commissioner stood up, "Well, let's check the apartment first which someone broke into yesterday, we might get some important evidence from the crime scene."
Ezra nods at him, "yes let's go."
The commissioner noticed Ezra's behaviour, he wasn't acting himself today, anybody would be shaken after getting news like that. Especially when it's about someone they love the most.
