Xander woke up before the other boys and after rubbing his eyes for a while, he heard a notification sound from the system and he soon opened it.

[Option one: Convert the energy to stat points]

[Option two:Unlock a new system skill]

[Option three: Convert to XP]

Xander was silent for a while before his brain began functioning again, we was wondering what was the energy the system was talking about and how did he even come across it.

And when did he have skin contact with an energy source, and taking all of it in jut confused him even more. But he just took in a deep breath before he relaxed besides he didn't have to worry.

The system has been doing amazing things for him, like healing him from the brink of death literally overnight. And now this, he should be happy that maybe it was from the fight. But he couldn't help but feel uneased about it all so he planned to ask his friends about it.

Now that the whole issue of the energy was solved it was time for the next problem which option to choose, and he had already made his mind.

His XP bar would naturally increase as he fought beast and other people, and his strength would also increase as he fought beasts and other people.

Besides he didn't know how much stat points or XP he was going to get so it was preety much a gamble, SK he just put his trust in the system skill besides he didn't know how often it would come, so that was his choice.

Xander was really happy he got the inspect skill and it would save him from accidentally running into wild beasts.

And after checking everything he fell asleep and after waking up the boys did their usual they had breakfast and after that, a large alarm was sent of.

"All students are to remain in their rooms now, and if you are caught outside you will be expelled ", a loud angry voice shouted and immediately the students ran inside.

"A student has be murdered and has literally been skinned alive, the killer has been given a chance to come out else when caught will be punished mercilessly", the voice said again after making sure that they were no students outside.

"Teachers will be coming to your rooms to check for suspects", the voice said before it stopped.

The group hot into their rooms and as usual kelvin started talking, although what he said did make sense.

"Can you believe that guy, one student git killed and if was announced. But the three of us went missing for hours and not a single teacher called us", kelvin said and his tone stated that he was obviously annoyed.

"You have a point", Xander said that made kelvin smile.

But the nest words that came out of Xander's mouth made by him feel a bit angry.

"Perhaps it's part of their training here, though I hate it as much as you guys it still doesn't change anything. It might have even happened to people before us, so no need to get angry", Xander said and they all knew that it was most likely true since the school had more power than them.

Just then the door opened and two people stepped inside the room, one was a man who was if average looks, average height, and basically average in every physical appearance.

While the other one was a female who was quit beautiful to say the least, but she were nothing when compared with the two girl, Sarah and Bella who were with them when they were about to enter the school.

"Greetings students, as you know the academy has sent some members of the staff to every room to find out more about the murder that took place in the academy", the female said the the look on her face was a 'let's get this over with already', and it seemed to be stuck there.

It wasn't just her but the male as well and it seemed as if the 'let's get this over with already' expression on their faces were stuck there. As if there had been doing jobs like this for a long time and tending to such matters were either super lame, boring and annoying or taking care of the students were what they could only describe as 'the only job they could get due to my failure in life'.

"Anyway we are here to ask you questions and search this place", the male said this time but it was still in a blank voice.

The man and the woman walked forward and started checking their clothes as well as the room they were in and putting some chemicals on them.

And even Xander's space crystal was asked for and the weapons were inspected.

And after a long and tiring search the man and the woman finally stopped the search after searching from top to bottom.

"You", the man said as he pointed towards kelvin.

"Come over here". The man said and kelvin walked from the spot him and the other boys were staying in, which was at the far end if the room

"Stretch out your hands", kelvin obeyed the man and what seemed like a crystal but it was at the size of a ping ping ball. The man dropped the crystal in kelvins hand before he began to explain.

"That crystal is a beast crystal, it has simply been infused with an ability to detect lies, now you are just to answer all our questions correctly. And if you lie that crystal will zapp you", the male warned in his still blank expression.

Xander one the other hand wanted to test out the crystal to see what tier it was at.

And although the info was preety basic, he didn't ask for anything or need anything else,besides it was just at the level one yet.

After the three boys had answered the questions, and Xander was in the middle of answering his own question, he heard a ding from the system and saw a message.

[Would you like to absorb the medium tier crystal]

[Yes/No]

Since Xander didn't want to course anymore commotion and thanks to the system he didn't have to say the truth as all evidence was erased by the system, he waited patiently for the people to ask him the questions and when he was done he absorbed it.
