Somethings Just Can't Be Changed part 1

~Omni Pov~

It was the next day, the three first year students were suddenly giving a misson.

You can see Ijichi Kyotaka, one of the managers, was explaining their mission infront of the inmates hospital 2nd lodge.

"If the curse womb can metamorphose, we predict that it'll be a special grade curse. None of the special grade sorcerers are available at the moment, they have been sent towards a few more missions. The higher ups are mostly counting on Fushiguro to finish the job, or at least that's what I've been told."

Fushiguro nodded feeling confident. Ever since he has joined Jujutsu High a few months ago, he has kept getting stronger due to the training he has been doing with Ash. Although he might not say it outloud he has always been grateful.

However before they could go in they heard a civilian asking for her son. While Yuji looked at her in pity, Megumi pretty much sighed already knowing that if this is a special grade curse any people inside there would already be dead.

Yuji then told Megumi and Nobara that they were going to save everyone that is inside.

"Sighhh, remember the last mission you guys went through, we can't save everyone. So stop making promises, you're only going to hurt yourself and disappoint the one you're making the promises to, which you're then going to blame yourself when you have no real reason to." Said Megumi warning Yuji.

Yuji just clenched his fist "I have to do it, I don't know if I don't try"

Megumi just shook his head. And so they went towards the building.

Yuji then spoke up about not getting the rankings and what the grades means, which prompted Megumi to explain everything he knew.

Before he entered the building Megumi summoned 2 Divine Dogs of different colors and made his way inside the building, as Ijichi Kyotaka set up a curtain. As they entered the building the door to the way back simply dissappeared. Which made Megumi jump back in shock. Feeling the curse energy around him he said "Shit we're in a complete innate domain."

Yuji just looked at him in confusion not familiar with the term.

"An individual is born with an innate domain which exists as a metaphysical space that reflects their mind and soul. Innate domains can only be physically constructed or "expanded" using the most supreme technique in all of jujutsu, Domain Expansion. This technique uses a barrier to create a separate space where the innate domain is constructed by cursed energy and imbued with the user's innate technique.

The only way to actually leave is if we survive long enough to the point the curse runs out of energy, it's killed, or if we find the entrance where we enter."

Megumi then knelt before the dogs and asked "You boys remember the smell of the entrance"

The dogs just nodded. Which prompted Yuji and Nobara to start petting it. "Who's a good boy, you are, yes you are," Nobara said in a playful tone. 

When the dog started leading them towards the entrance they ran unto something unexpected, the bodies of all the left over prisoners.

When Yuji went towards their bodies he notice one of their names, it was the name the mother was calling out earlier. Seeing this Yuji said "I'm taking this body home. His face hasn't been too damaged. Being told of his death without the body would be difficult to grasp."

Which prompted Megumi and Yuji to start arguing over it.

While they were arguing Nobara tried to intervene but before she could go far she started sinking onto in unexpected shadow that manifested under her.

Before she could really dissappear Megumi let go of Yuji and made the handsign to summon Nue. To keep Nobara safe wherever she was going Megumi assigned her a Nue just in case and once the Nue dived into the shadow, the shadow completely dissappeared as well.

Before they could discuss what just happened, Megumi heard Yuji cry out in pain. When he looked over he saw Yuji with a missing hand and the curse tool given to him destroyed. But he didn't see what caused this until he heard Yuji shout.

"FUSHIGURO BEHIND YOU"

Megumi didn't even think twice and sent a enhanced kick behind him, giving him the push to make some distance between what appeared.

It was the special grade curse.

When Megumi made some distance he crouched down and pulled out two black daggers from his shadow.

Before confronting the curse Megumi said "Go look after Nobara she should be by herself and this isn't something you can handle on your own. Especially now that you're crippled."

"I can't leave you Fushiguro, especially against something like this"

Wanting Yuji to quickly leave Megumi said "You'll only be a burden" and sprinted towards the curse spirit.

Megumi like a mad man started swinging his daggers trying to at least cut the curse, but the curse just kept dodging him bopping and weaving all while chuckling making fun of Megumi.

Megumi quickly back off and rested the daggers in his mouth before putting the handsign of a bull.

He then muttered "Piercing Ox"

The Piercing Ox is one of the 10 shadow Megumi recently tamed. It's main ability is a to charge a straight forward attack and the more it charges the more damage it does, although it could only attack in a straight line.

So while the Ox was charging it's attack Megumi did one more hand sign and summoned the rabbit escape.

Once the room was crowded it gave Yuji the perfect time to run away with a divine dog following him.

While running Yuji took off his belt and wrapped it around his stump cutting off the blood flow so he doesn't bleed out. Yuji then looked at the Dog and asked "Did Fushiguro send you? And can you sniff out Nobara"

The Dog while running let out a bark of affirmation and started guiding Yuji.

The curse wanting to have more fun started to sent out little balls of curse energy from it's mouth in rapid fire and started killing the rabbits that was surrounding him.

The curse spirit spread its arms as a barrier made entirely out of curse energy manifested with the curse in the center.

Anytime a rabbit would make contact with the barrier it would just disintegrate. All Megumi could do was wait until the curse got bored and would come out.

As for Yuji when he arrived near Nobara, he found her hanging upside down while arguing with the curses around them.

He quickly thought everything he learned about curse energy and tried to gather it near his fist. He then rushed towards the curse spirit that was holding Nobara but failed to do anything except push it due to the force his punch generated.

While thinking about what to do, Nue came from the sky and with the help of the Dog that came along, they both exorcized the curse spirit that was holding Nobara.

However they were quickly surrounded, they had no choice but to escape. At least they tried to, Yuji couldn't do anything towards the curses and was unable to do anything and Nobara had all her nail supplies depleted...

Due to the abundance of Curses attacking them, they were getting pretty injured. Even with the help of the Megumi's Shikigami

'I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die. If I die that means you die as well, if you don't want that to happen cooperate with me Sukuna' Yuji thought while getting beaten by the curses.

A mouth then appeared on his cheek and said "I refuse.

Even if the me inside of you dies, my soul is still be cut into 18 other pieces. Though frustratingly the one who controls this body is not me, if you want me to take over then that's fine. But when that happens before I go I'll kill both of your little friends and make you despair."

Yuji who was fighting back and still doing mostly nothing replied "I won't let that come to pass"

"That's what I thought. But if your only concern is me, then all your friends are going to die, especially that black hair brat. He's too weak to be fighting against that" Sukuna said with a happy expression.

Yuji then went and regrouped with Nobara and said "Take the dog and find the exit, I'm going to release Sukuna and you can't be here when that happens. And take Megumi with you and you exit send a signal."

Yuji then started punching the curses away from Nobara who escaped and when towards Megumi's direction.

When she arrived she found Megumi and the curse still fighting.

Already getting tired of waiting Megumi sent out the Ox that has been charging it's attack since the beginning. The Ox started withstanding the barrier of the curse and headbutted it right on it center. The force was so strong the curse was sent flying and breaking multiple walls.

As the curse dissappeared from their view Nobara went and got Megumi. "Lets go quickly I don't know how much Itadori can take and he's going to release Sukuna"

Megumi although reluctant to leave, started to dispell his remaining Shikigami leaving only the Divine dog as it guided them out. As they were leaving Megumi saw the body of earlier prisoner and snatched his name tag and continued leaving.

Yuji was seen laid on the floor as multiple curses kept on piling on him and wailing on him, as tears just kept coming out of his eyes. Multiple Curses then got ontop of him, but when that happened he heard a loud Howl, the signal that they escaped.

All of a sudden all of the curse exploded and Sukuna stood up from the ground and mumble while brushing his hair back "How pathetic."

Sukuna then started exploring the Domain when suddenly the special grade curse suddenly appeared infront of him.

"Perfect just the guy I was looking for"
