Alot of time passed, it was already dawn.

Mason was still training, 10 more minutes passed. " Yawn, I'm exhausted, let's see my stats "

Darkness- The user is able to control darkness as they see fit (no mana needed)

Skill: Shadow teleportation (user is able to teleport to any place with darkness but he/she must have already been there.)

Shadow Release (user is able to control

his/her shadow.)

Shadow Aura ( A terrifying dark aura that fills the area with darkness and the feeling of death. " takes 5% mana" )

The void of shadows ( A dark play where lost shadows roam )

Shadow vision ( user is able to see everything in the dark )

" I guess the time was worth it, i spent a whole day here, now I'm hungry." " I should go slay a animal to eat before I sleep " Mason thought while showing a face of confidence. His skills were good so he should be able to slay an animal.

Though dark did was no different than day from his eyes he was still on high alert, theirs strong animals known for they're swiftness in catching there prey.

The forest was quiet until he heard bushes moving and branches cracking, a animal that looked like a hybrid of a half lion and half deer, it was 7 foot tall, the horns were majestic making it one of the most scary creatures he has ever seen.

" W-what is this creature?, I've never seen such a thing before nor have I heard of it"

Mason looked awed while staring at the magnificent/scary creature. When the creature noticed Mason, it spoke " I'm Krowleigh, what is yours " although the creature can only be heard in Mason's head " Y-you can speak!!! " Mason amazed and surprised was freaking out.

" Yes, I can speak the human tongue."

" I-i see, my name's Mayson Laykinburg." Mayson said with a confused voice.

He thought " are animals able to talk in this world? I should learn more about this world. " " How are you able to talk? "

Krowleigh turned around and replyed

" If a magical beast reaches a certain cultivation which is the air realm they are able to speak the human tongue. The order is: Land realm with 9 levels. Air realm with 9 levels. Heavenly realm with 9 levels. Demon realm 15 levels. Then archangel realm 15 levels. I'm air realm level 2."

" Ah, so that's how it is, thanks for the information. Oh and can you tell me where the nearest village is "

" just keep going more deeper into the woods until you reach the end, and you'll see a a village near a kingdom. "

Mason smiled and thanked krowleigh. The adventure starts now.

Mason is almost there, the sun can be seen rising to take its place on the sky.

" I wanna learn how to cultivate, how do I do that? " Mason thought while staring at the sky while walking.

" ohh I forgot about you system, yes i accept. " Mason said with a excited tone.

" How long would it take to reach

level 1 of land realm?, would it take 1 week or more?"

{ It would take 1 day, but you can use your shadow to cultivate for you, while you can do other things, like hunt beast to level up }

" Yes, it's more effective that way. Would anyone notice that my shadow is cultivating? "

*Talking in the distance*

"What's that noise" Mason thought. When he looked straight ahead he saw the kingdom and the villages. The villagers were having fun and talking to eacother, it was so peaceful.

He kept walking until he reached the village. Before he could enter, the guards stopped him asking where he came from. Mason didn't want to cause a scene, so he said " i got lost on my way to my aunt's house, can you tell me where this place is located "

" This village is under the Drayfords authority and this village has no name" and he pointed at the nearby Kingdom and said " That's the Drayford kingdom, ruled by the humans and we specialize in cultivation. To our south is another kingdom named Kinshasa, ruled by an elf, we dont get along but we dont dare to oppose them, they specialize in magic. To our west is the Drayko kingdom ruled by a dragon king, they are the strongest kingdom around, the Drayford kingdom went to war with them once and almost got wiped from the face of existence. To our east is the Gobi kingdom ruled by the king of goblins, yes they're goblins but they are still strong in numbers. Then there's the other 3 kingdoms called unknown, people started calling it unknown because no one knows which race it belongs to.

The elf queen announced 1 year ago that she would give 100k gold to anyone who uncovered one of the unknown kingdom's race. But sadly anyone who ever entered one of those three kingdoms never came back out. They are a mystery.

" When the queen announced that she would give 100k gold to anyone, does she mean any race that uncovers the unknown kingdom's? or was she only offering to her kind?" Mason knew he would need money in the future so he asked.

The soldier replied " yes, she meant any race, humans, dragons, even goblins will be given 100k gold if they uncovered one of the unknown kingdoms." Mason already made up his mind. He thought how hard will it be, he just needed to get in and get out. Though he was a little nervous to see what race rules that place, he was already freaked out by elves and goblins especially dragons existing. Dragons are comparable to gods, they were known for there acieant scales and they all had different powers, especially their majestic figure, so he wouldn't want to meet them.

"Is there a place I can rest for the night?"

Mason needed a place to atleast rest for 1 hour. Afterall he did spend his whole day learning how to use his darkness ability. The sun was already up so he was intending to go meet the elves queen after his 1 hour nap.

" Sure, since your lost you can rest at my place, I have a empty room that my son use to sleep." one of the guard said while looking at Mason with a welcomed smile. Mason indeed looks like a normal teenager so the guards welcomed him with pity. Mason showed a smile of gratitude towards the two guards.

" Are you sure I can rest in your son's room? he wouldn't bother? "

the guard looked to the ground with a sad expression and said " He died during the war with the Drayford kingdom and the Drayko kingdom. "

" I'm sorry for your lost." Mason had a surprised expression along with eyes or pity. The guard looked back up with a fake smile and showed Mason to his house to rest. On the way to the guards house the guard and Mason exchanged names, the guard introduced himself as Jack Wilander.
