"I know about you and Lala." Lee Haeyoung voiced up from by bedroom door after we got back from the forest.

I thought I had everything under control, but it was clear that I was making my life more miserable. It wasn't very wise, to kiss another girl in the open knowing damn well that I already had a boyfriend. There were always snakes like Lee Haeyoung, always ready to make people's lives miserable.

After we got back from the forest, Lala decided to take a nap. I was planning to do the same, but it seemed like Lee Haeyoung had other plans for me.

"It's not what it looks like." I said

She scoffed, a grin on her face, "You're pathetic, you know. People like you don't last long in this cruel world."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"It means you don't know how to live without causing more and more problems for yourself. How do you think your boyfriend would react if he found out about you and Lala?"
