Elendur was finally out of the forest. As he came out, he went straight on the road; the road looked exactly like those in these mangas and anime he saw. He walked a little as he a carriage was driving next to him. The carriage looked pretty luxurious and elegant; the horses carrying the carriage had solid armor made of gold and diamonds. The armor was so shiny that Elendur couldn't look properly on the carriage as someone walked out of the carriage.
The person had long open-blonde hair floating in the air, making her look like a princess, and her beautiful ocean-blue hairs made her look even better.
Her face was in a perfect shape and perfectly symmetric. Her skin was shining as the sun was shining over her and make her look like a goddess. She walked over to the walking Elendur and asked:
"Hey, boy, you want a ride?"
"Young miss! You cant-" A middle-aged man was about to interference with the girl. Responded:
"Be quiet." Her voice was dominant, and her beautiful eyes turned into cold-blue eyes that were absolutely terrifying.
The girl took her intimidating aura back as she turned back to Elendur, only looking at Elendurs. Icy-blue eyes she smiled and asked again:
"Do you need a ride?" Her so dominant and intimidating voice turned into a warm and kind voice that was calming and cute.
'That girl cant see my voice due to my cloak. She only sees half of my face, and especially only my white hair and blue eyes. Is she some kind of fast, trusting person?'
'Hmmm, her name 'Young miss' shows that he is a person with some influence and power. The man was also a knight and not a weak one. And she still treated him like shit. The carriage is luxurious, and the armor of the horses is also pretty good.'
'She's either a princess or some noble bitch.' Elendur thought in the same moment as he replied to the girl:
"I'm thanks for the request of yours, but I prefer to walk."
"Oh well, have a good trip." She said in an annoying tone as she turned around and went back to her carriage. The carriage was driving faster, and Elendur couldn't see it anymore.
'System, tell me, how do I get death essence?' Elendur asked; in the past hours, he was thinking about summoning some undead to kill some light-creatures as he noticed that he has only gotten some due to his quest and level up. He wanted to increase his D.E so fast as possible and get stronger as fast as possible.
'As the host already noticed, the host can get D.E (death essence) due quests and level-ups even though the level up-D.E system is pretty different. From level 1 till 30, the host gets 1 D.E per level up, but later on, the D.E amount will increase based on the stars of the light creatures the host has killed.
For example: Host kills 100 1-star light-creatures = 2 D.E, Host kills 100 2-star light creatures = 5 D.E
The higher the rank, the more D.E.' The SystemSystem explained Elendur; as he heard those words, he couldn't help but smile.
'I see, I see the creator of the SystemSystem don't want to make it too easy for me to get stronger, huh? This little detail gives me many pieces of information.
Creator tells me, is this your intention? To give me more and more indirect hints, you know that I notice them. There more hints that I haven't notice yet, huh?' Elendur thought as he smirked.
'I'm currently at the 4th level and have 10 D.E, so in the end, I will have about 36 D.E if I reach level 30. So the first 1-30 level is nothing more than the farming levels. The first level required one kill, and now I need eight, that means. The level of the mine is double the number of creatures I need to kill. The question is, what happens if I reach level 30? This is truly exciting!' Elendur thought to himself as his hand trembled of anticipation.
'System, can you please show me an accurate map with a radius of 30 Kilometers' Elendur added.

A map appeared in front of Elendur. He was looking at the map precisely and on his face appeared a bright smile.
'As I thought, here are some forests, and hopefully, they are not so foggy like the previous one.' Elendur thought as he planned how he would continue with his journey to level 30.
'System, give me information about the forest and all cities/towns .'
'The forest is called the Dark-Wood forest and is surrounded by five cities with three 3-star mages and five 4-star knights.
The forest: The Dark-Wood forest is a forbidden zone for all people because of its boss monster. A 5-star mogul wolf.
The forest has three zones, outer, inner, and core. Each zone has its ruler. The SystemSystem would advise staying in the outer zone. Most of those beasts haven't reached the 1-star rank, and the highest-ranked beast is a 1-star beast, the gold-bear.' The System explained.
Elendur nodded and took a last look at the map, and as he memorized the map, he walked to the forest. As it was finally night, he summoned his Vampire.
The Vampire was kneeling as his brown coat was covering his mouth and back.
"Vampire, you'll take care of my back."
"Yes, my liege." The Vampire responded and walked after Elendur.
'System, I probably need to regain my D.E. Please add a regain time to my stats.' Elendur said as he was walking with the Vampire behind him.
