When Maelyn informed Abjul that she was going to be headed to Mazrae so that she could see what properties she now owned and to restore their rents to reasonable levels Abjul asked if he could accompany her as well so he could do the same with the properties there that he owned as well. Smiling at him in a doubtful way she asked, "Well, I won't mind, but are you sure you can walk that far on your own? Cause you know, that lazy gene does run in your family and all."

  "I will be able to make it." Abjul chuckled and explained, "After all, I am the one father would usually send to each of the villages to collect his rent each month so that HE wouldn't have to walk further than the Bakery!"

  "Somehow that doesn't surprise me." Maelyn said while shaking her head then informed him, "Anyways though, give me just a minute to put these two talismans in the box and grab that map Bree made for me and I'll be ready to go."
