John sat in his home staring at the monstrosity in the middle of his one-room apartment. He naturally knew that Virtec Inc. was the biggest game company to this date since the release of their VRMMO "King's Reign". But never in his wildest dreams did he imagine that his little brother would win one of those VR Capsules, and even a special one-of-a-kind class for King's Reign.

If he could sell all of these, he didn't even have to work at his stupid part-time jobs anymore!

As John was daydreaming about the money and the delicious food he could buy with it, he noticed a letter that came along the prize.

John opened the envelope and started reading...

Dear Older Brother,

Please forgive me for winning again. I know it bothers you and that you couldn't stand being near me, but I thought maybe we could become a little closer again while playing this game together. I can't wait to play with you ingame.

Love,

Your little brother.

PS: They even said that they'd create an NPC of me in the game! That sounds fun, doesn't it?

John read the letter several times before pressing it against his chest, tears flowing down his cheeks.

Thoughts of selling everything away disappeared from his mind, and he has never moved faster in his life. He plugged in the capsule and jumped in it, and pressed the on button.

John wanted to pick the human race but when he clicked it, a window came up.

"A warning: If you choose the human race, your special class privilege gets revoked."

John didn't want to choose anything else because he had bad experiences with special offers. One time he got 5 dishwashers delivered after a 'special offer', but in the end he had to pay for all of them. But he thought it would be a waste to abandon privileges in a famous game like King's Reign, so he chose Titan as his race.

But John didn't take his bad luck in consideration, and his smile got wiped off his face when he read the class that has been chosen for him.
