Going to Sea To See The Sea Emperor at Sea

"... If what you say is true, why don't you have me submit instead of asking me to?" The elf took a deep breath to calm herself down, before asking this question

"Truthfully... you are not worth me forcing to you bow," I said making the elf close her eyes slightly before she got on one knee. the others were stunned for a moment, but they too fearfully kneeled.

"Sign your oaths in blood," I said as a treasury opened in front of all of the Saint Kings, and from within papers came out for them to write on. I had to level up my Absolute Contract, So I watched them as they wrote the oath in their blood.

The Absolute Contract would only make progress towards leveling up if the other party and I came to an agreement without either party's mind being controlled. So of course I wouldn't use my power to have them submit. At the same time... well, I did see my ability highly. would it not be dirting my ability if I used it on anyone?

Yeah, I knew it was arrogant of me, but I felt like it made sense. it was like how one saves their best clothing for special events. the event today wasn't worthy of seeing my Supreme Voice, but I still showed them... was I not going overboard?

Plus, if I can't have people bend their knees without affecting their minds, then wouldn't that be disappointing? I wanted to be able to have anyone bend the knee through words alone... I was learning. I wasn't like my father and would not lie to get others to bend their knee, and have them make an oath they could never break out of.

The main reason people lie is low self-esteem, and fear they want to impress, or please others, or something causes them unease to lie. Who did I need to impress or please? what other than my family can cause me unease? to me, the world was a chess piece that could burn for all I care. unlike my past life, I wasn't a hero who threw everything away for the sake of mankind. in this life, I'm the villain who would go to war with the world for the sake of my family... well, I did lie earlier today about the technique I gave Sword Saint King. but that was because I was too lazy to explain otherwise

I watched as they all used their blood as ink, since this was not a viable agreement, they didn't believe the heavens would punish them if they broke the oath. but at the same time, knowing the power of my words, they wrote down serious oaths. 

My eyes flashed as I felt my Absolute Contract taking a step to level up. it few more oaths where the other party sold their whole soul and being to me, and I could level up... well, on that note I should go down to some villages and seek out people willing to sell their soul to the devil for power.

"Then the oath is made, you're now members of the Ling clan. although outer members, you're under my protection... on that note," I said while looking at the elf before speaking.

"ANYONE WHO HARMS THOSE OF THE SPIRIT RACE WHO ARE UNDER MY PROTECTION SHALL BE CURSED WITH A CURSE THAT EFFECT ALL THEY HOLD DEAR FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE HEART... BUT THIS SHALL ONLY HAPPEN IF THE SPIRIT IS PURE OR TARGETED THEM WITHOUT A GOOD REASON." I said and instantly, everyone felt changes happening in this world.

"End this war... and before I leave, I also want to take the Legendary Grade Item," I said before leaving the elf stunned for some time. She almost cried when she felt the changes that happened to this world, for more than a billion years she had watched her people being tortured, it came to be such a natural and normal thing that only a few people valued their lives. they were loved by the heavens, but why would the heavens make them so pure and innocent in this cruel world?

She was going to slaughter all lifeforms and simply leave this world a world of spirits, with how her race was, this world would have become a peaceful world without troubles... but here was a new path towards her dream. So, she was grateful.

Now, who would dare to even harm those of the spirit race? You have nothing You are cared for? thats impossible as everyone has something they care about, the power behind you, yourself, power, loved ones, and so on. Try and use someone to get you the herb. you would be counted along with the curse for being the main cause behind it, there were no loopholes

The experts here all moved and took out Legendary-grade items. Being level 3 Saints, they of course had legendary grade items on them. but I wasn't looking for their items, 

"I meant the one you found in this Frosty Hell," I said stunning them for a second, they looked towards a small pool of water which was sealed behind many formations. even in this world of snow and frost, this water didn't freeze. but not even they dared to touch this water as it would instantly freeze them.

there were many naturally born treasures born in the Frosty Hell Continent. This water here was Ice Water. unique water that was cold enough to freeze even time when used to its fullest, this was a mid-Legendary Grade Item. even level 3 Saint Kings would stay away

I went on to throw this treasure into my treasury, of course, the cold didn't bother me. I went on to go get all of the treasures these level 3 Saints managed to get their hands on for the hundreds of millions of years they have been here. I didn't care for the treasures with owners, none of them were worth me taking from their owner.

I got many Mid-grade treasures. Diamond Ice, 9 Yin Frost Lotus, Liquid Ice, and the list went on. there were even some treasures which they didn't collect which I went to go get on my own, of course, the treasures I took were repaid with a breath from me...

As I returned to the Carriage, leaving everyone to pack up to leave the Frosty Hell Continent, they no longer had to stay there.

"Where are we going next?" Ling Wong asked respectfully, although everyone had wanted to go out with Ling Han went he appeared, he asked them to stay inside. so they did just that.

"Let's go see the dragon emperor. Go undersea," I said with a smile, at this Ling Wong nodded before the carriage shattered the void.

"What? you're telling me all of these years the spirit race was behind it all?" The Dragon Emperor said in shock. the dragon emperor was a handsome blue-haired middle-aged-looking man, although he was hundreds of millions of years old, he looked young. currently, he along with the many level 3 Saints of the sea race stood within the throne room, looking at the blue-haired man.

"Thats right, the other races would soon stop this war as the child has demanded it." the blue-haired man said calmly, before turning around to walk away.

"I would have slaughtered you all... but count you all lucky he stepped in to save you." the man said before dropping to the ground, dead. everyone's pupils shrank seeing this, to thank their enemy was amongst them this whole time and they didn't know any better. 

Someone went to check the body and quickly found the nervous system of the male was made out of plant roots. everyone's heart went heavy as they had sensed nothing off with that man, no one said anything for some time... if everything went as whoever the person controlling this body here plans... they would have lost.

Back then, many of the dragon races moved to the sea. Many dragons could live underwater without trouble, of course, the sea dragons called this place their domain. dragons like the fire dragon would of course not come down here and go elsewhere. there were many races within the throne room but had currently taken on a human form

The Sea Phoenix Race, the Sea Dragon, The Shark Race, and many others. but at that moment they were uneasy as they guessed something would soon come towards them. many of them were wondering if they should just cut the sky and escape... but this was where their home was

Boom

In the sky, space shattered as a carriage being pulled by 2 dragons appeared. although this was underwater, the carriage wasn't affected as a thin bubble covered both it and the dragons. the carriage shot towards the dragon Emperor's palace, where many experts flew out to come to see what was going on.

the carriage stopped before them before the driver of the carriage went on to stand up. with a faint cough, he went on to speak.

"The crown Prince Ling Han has come seeking the dragon Emperor." Ling Wong's voice boomed through the water, causing the Dragon Emperor to step forward. As the ruler of the sea, he was the strongest expert when he was within the sea.

Ling Wong nodded slightly, before opening the carriage door. there Yuan Ming stepped out with Ling Han at her side. behind, Ling Mei followed respectfully. As for Ling Hangwa, she was powerful and was the first person to leave the carriage but no one sensed her.

"Greetings, Dragon Emperor... I have come to take over the Sea." I said with a smile, the sea was a troublesome place. Although I had no interest in ruling the world, if my father wanted to rule it, I would of course help him out.

"What?" The Dragon Emperor's eyes narrowed slightly, how could he stand here and have a one-year-old disrespect him? Even if he had a powerful expert behind him, this was the sea, and it took up more than 80% of the world. down here, he was the strongest expert alive, how dare someone enter his domain and disrespect him?

"I want the sea to be under the rule of my Ling clan, you would, of course, keep your power, you would just have a greater power to kneel to," I said making the Dragon Emperor's eyes grow colder... to which Ling Han ignored. 

"The benefits are simple... the Ling Clan is bound to follow me to the immortal realm. be it that you hug the Ling clan leg and follow them, or you remain down here to become its supreme overlord. All you have is benefits. Dragon Emperor, you have two paths before you right now. Accept the benefits, or reject them." I said calmly, making the Dragon Emperor frown slightly. he would be lying if he said he wasn't moved by the benefits, but at the same time, he was too prideful to kneel to a brat who was giving him no face.

"If the fact I'm a child is reason for you not to kneel, you can just reject it. I don't need you to accept... Do you all also reject?" I asked while looking at the other level 3 Saint King. they didn't speak for a moment before a blue-haired man stepped forward.

"The Sea phoenix would submit." have you ever heard of the Sea phoenix? of course not, they were the lesser version of the Ice Phoenix. they were weak, and it was rare for any one of them to reach the Saint King realm, much less level 3 Saint King. This sea phoenix was lucky to improve its bloodline, making it nearer to that of the Ice Phoenix, giving it the chance to reach such heights. but even so, among the other level 3 Saint King it was the weakest.

"You trash." the Black Shark Saint King expert said while glaring at the Water Phoenix, just as others were about to attack this traitor, another expert stepped out.

"The Dolphin race would submit." A silver-haired woman said while stepping forward. She was an intelligent woman, why on earth would she stand here when the path to greater heights stood before her? She was the only level 3 Saint King of her race, and yes her race had struggled greatly to birth her

"We the sea Lions submit." More of the sea race's weakest Saint Kings and races stepped forward to submit. the more the Dragon Emperor saw this, the darker his face got as he felt like this was a slap to his face. when everyone stopped stepping forward, he was about to speak but Ling Han spoke

"Thats all," I said calmly, tired of waiting. if they didn't step forward by now, then it was their loss, not mine. I looked at everyone who had stepped forward before breathing forward, this one breath caused them all to shake slightly as their strength limitation shattered before they explored with power at level 4 Saint King

"As of this moment, the Sea Phoenix Race shall be the ruler of the sea. before you do anything, first make an oath using your blood. depending on the oath would depend on your clan's future." I said calmly while having papers from out of my treasury float towards them. 

the Saints were too stunned at their gains, they only snapped to reality when the paper hit their face. after a moment they quickly drew blood from their finger and went on to write out their oaths.

"Lord, the Sea Lizard race is also willing to submit." a man stepped forward, followed by many other experts. but I ignored them all and simply waited for those who had stepped forward to finish writing

"You all had your chance, before my lord what's the meaning of your pride? A simple breath is worth far more than the millions of years of work you all had worked for." Ling Mei said while stepping forward, the water began to boil as she released an aura that caused even the Saint King realm experts to step back.

they were horrified, how couldn't they when before them, a half Step Saint was showing power in the Saint King realm? 

it's been months since I gave everyone the fusion technique, and of course, everyone took the time to fuse with their clones every month. Each fusion boosted there strength by over a dozen thousand times. yes, their breakthroughs slowed down greatly because of this, but now everyone was strong enough to fight even someone at level 4 Saint King realm, with Ling Fang and the core members of the Ling Clan being stronger.

The Nine Lives Clone technique gave one the power to fuse with 9 clones, but what did this mean for one cultivation? well, cultivation improvement was secondary to this technique, one overall capability is what mainly improved.

So, the Ling Clan had been growing stronger but they had been slowly down their cultivation speed... of course, it was still far faster than mine. And yes, they were stronger than me. All they needed to do was sit back and be by me to have their overall capability improve while at the same time fuse clones. I on the other hand had to cultivate and grow to have my capability improve.

"As my master said... he doesn't need you all to accept. you think too highly of yourself." Ling Wong said with a disdainful look, making the Dragon Emperor and others grit their teeth. but not in a rage, they didn't dare to show rage right now. they were gritting their teeth at the fact they had lost such a good opportunity.

Ling Han waved his hand, taking the papers which held the oaths. at the same time, he felt Absolute Contract take another step forward.

"Now, the main reason I came here... I want the mid-Legendary Grade treasures born here." I said to which all of the Saints Kings nodded slightly. they all flew off, heading towards their clans to gather the treasures, in their eyes if they could get these treasures and get on Ling Han's good side, wouldn't they be rewarded by him breathing on them? just the thought of that opportunity made them restless.

"Little Han, you shouldn't be too arrogant." Yuan Ming said with a gentle smile, to which I shrugged slightly.

"Why must I take the time to wait, listen, and care for people I have no interest in? I gave them a chance and showed them the opportunities before them. if they didn't take it, then it's their loss, why should I keep paying them more attention as if I need them?" I asked while pointing far away.

towards where I pointed, Ling Hongwa who was about to eat something that looked like food found herself being pulled over towards me. she was stunned before looking at me in confusion.

"That wasn't food... is all you know to do is eat?" I asked, to which Ling Hongwa crossed her arms slightly.

"I know to sleep and cook." Ling Hongwa said to which I rolled my eyes, Ling Hongwa had few things she cared for. Killing, Eating, and Sleeping. She thought she could cook and tried cooking for me once, but my mother forbade her from ever going into the kitchen. it was unknown how her cooking came to life, maybe it was because of the many people she had killed, leading it to somehow cause her cooking to gain life and attack her everything in hatred.

"I guess I should show you a game later," I said with a smile, confusing Ling Hongwa. the only games she knew were those all-you-can-eat games and killing games. She wanted to ask but turned back when she felt something rushing towards them at high speed.

there the shark race level 3 Saint King stood with a warm smile while holding Metal. of course, it wasn't any iron but liquid metal. it was the Shark race's secret treasure as this metal had the power to freely change its shape and form. adding the fact it was a Mid-Grade Legendary ore, not even a level 4 to level 6 Saint King would ignore this.

"Not bad," I said not surprised while Ling Mei gave me the Liquid metal. I already knew all of the treasures down here, so how could I be shocked? A paper flew over to the shark, and with me not saying anything the shark went on to write down the heaviest oath, not believing this oath would hold any weight...

After all of the powerhouses gave me the treasures they could find, although not all of the clans had a mid-grade Legendary treasure, I still took the low-tier Legendary treasures they had to offer before allowing them to write an oath in blood. I rewarded with them a breath, a boost to their talent, but not strength. they can work for strength by proving themselves.

after all that, I collected the treasures spread all over the sea, and the sea had the most treasures with many yet to be found. I collected 60% of the world's fate alone from simply searching underwater. this left me with 70%, I needed to collect 20% more, which would be found in Heavenly Star Continent and Seeking Immortal Continent,
