Chapter: 3
Allison's pov:
Monday.
The one day that we all despise. The beginning of a new week, school and work 🙄.
This Monday is even worse because I have to face the entire school because I'm pretty sure I'm on top of the rumor mill because nothing seems to get past the school gossip crew. Another reason why I hate this school.... So so much.
"Relax Allison, jace isn't going to find you and you're not going to be on top of the rumor mill because everyone was pretty much drunk at the party so just chill" Ruby says to me while getting out of Jodi's black Honda Civic car.
"Yeah you're gonna be fine" Ruby says adjusting her hair that she made into a pony tail
"I hope so" I say nervously as we walk across the parking lot.
Please let me just become invisible like rango
We walk into the hallway and find the usual view of Eastwood high bullies giving wedgies to their prey, the annoying sound of girls giggling and the disgusting view of couples making out and really close to making babies if they tug on their shirts one more time I'm gonna vomit.
I mean this is a school for Pete's sake. We walk to our lockers and I begin my stealth mode trying to hide from Jace because there's no way I can meet face to face with the person I had a one night stand with.
"Remember Allison you're gonna be fine" Ruby says
"Yeah yeah I got it" I say grabbing books for math then we go our separate ways
Now switching to stealth mode I say then stealthy music plays in my head
I open my wiz- watch and my commander gives me my message
"Agent A? Come in agent A"
"Agent A here reporting for duty"
"Your mission is to get to class without being noticed"
"So operation get to class before Jace does is a go!"
And all this happened in my head so no one else heard it apart from me
I begin to walk as stealthily as I can I look back, sides and forward at the same time and the stealth song kept playing in my head
Then I bumped into another wall and my books went flying.
"Oh sorry" he said helping me pick my books
"Um it's fine... " I said picking my books too
"Thanks" I said smiling... well there goes my stealth mode
"Allison Wells " I said returning the smile
"So what class do you have ?" He asked
"Um.. I have math" I said
"Well I have the same thing" he said
"Do you mind if we go together?" He asked
"Um.. no thanks I can get there myself" I said
"Ok" he said with a sad look and I just didn't care because he ruined my stealth mode
We parted ways and I continued my stealth mode with the music playing in my head

Finally it's over! I said as I happily left History class I strolled to my locker and dropped my books then made my way to the cafeteria and joined the line for the slop that school serves us calling it "lunch" I'm pretty sure this milk is expired I thought as i scanned the cafeteria and for Jodi and Ruby
"Over here!!" Jodi shouted gesturing me to come.
I took a glance at the table where the huge guys wearing jerseys and cheerleaders sitting on their laps; I'm pretty sure that you all know that table the popular table
I saw Jace and noticed that he was looking at me too so I quickly looked away.
"Hey people" I said sitting down
"Heyo" Ruby said
"Hey" Jodi said
"So how'd it go with Jace" Ruby said taking a bite from her apple
"Well we didn't see each other until now so I'm fine"
"K" said Jodi
"Oh and I met this guy what was his name again??... Oh yeah Adrien Sanchez" I said scrolling through my phone
"Really??!" Jodi and Ruby chorused
And the over excited roller coaster begins
"Ok first of all calm down"
"What happened give us all the details" Ruby said over excitedly
"Well I bumped into him and he introduced himself to me"
"Aww" Jodi and Ruby said squealing
Some body save me from this train wreck!!
"What else??!"
"And he volunteered to walk me to class but I said no"
"What!? Why??" They said with whiny voices
"Because I didn't want to and besides he ruined my stealth mode"
"What stealth mode" Jodi asked
"Never mind" hehe
"That was it" I said drinking the bottle water that I had in my bag
Thank God it's over
"So what's up with you guys?" I asked
"Well Jeremy finally asked me out on a date" says Ruby
"Really?" I asked
"Yeah" Ruby said finishing her juice
"Please don't tell me you said yes" I said facepalming
"Maybe" she said blushing
"Ooh" Jodi said
"Of course" I said shaking my head
I don't like boys they're not to be trusted and they make girls go bonkers and eventually cheat on the girl and leave her in a mess and there is no way my best friend is ending up as a cat lady in Louisiana crying and wondering how it all went wrong.
"Calm down it's just a stupid crush I'll get over it" she said
"Okay.... " Jodi said winking at her
"Hey girls" a voice said interrupting us from our conversation
We looked up and found Adrien smiling like a goofball
"You mind if I join you" he said with his strong Italian accent
"Um.. I don't think so" I said
"Why... sure of course you can" said Ruby
Why can't they just get it?!
He sat down and the bell rung indicating lunch was over
