Where Are You, Hester?

The car stopped in front of the villa. Farley got out of the car and looked inside the dark house. He frowned for no reason.

Dave also got out of the car and asked doubtfully, "Is Mommy already asleep?"

Farley did not answer. He pushed open the door. The living room was deadly quiet.

Farley's handsome face turned completely cold. Farley ran upstairs and pushed open all the room doors. He didn't see Hester.

Dave looked at the empty room and asked in a trembling voice, "Where is Mommy?"

Farley stood in the bedroom. His eyes looked cold. A moment later, he grabbed the car key and went downstairs.

"Daddy! I want to go, too!" Dave followed.

Farley turned around and said coldly, "You stay at home. If she comes back, call me."

"Sure!" Dave nodded. It would be even worse if Hester returned home and there was no one at home.
